The facts is hamura possess the byakugan, however he also possess tsb thanks to inheriting his mothers chakra. Canonically Hagoromo was born with rinnegan, he doesn't possess sharingan so no susanoo or filler bs.

As of now it kinda is. Since we don't know how Hamura did it. BZ is Kaguya's will so it makes sense he wouldn't get effected.
