Gai was never Fodder nor was Kakashi or InaSkika Cho. You really underestimate the leaf and Over estimate the Uchiha. Itachi doesnt have Mangekyou, Shisui is the strongest ninja. They may be able to win but at a heavy cost. Then other villages would invade and make them extinct.

Never said they were bro. But they wont be in the same team they would most likely lead their own teams. And the Leaf is more than 6 people. Its a whole village. Those three cant beat the whole village, Shisui lost to Danzo. Itachi is a given with no mangekyou, Obito is another story but he's only unbeatable because he rarely fights but he's their best chance.

Bottom line is they cant beat all clans with one clan unless the kyuubi is involved, then they win.

In the scenario where Tobi joins, Konoha loses. No Minato = Tobi walks over everyone.
In the scenario where Tobi is absent, Konoha wins. Too much fire power for the Uchiha to handle; they are vastly outnumbered and have no one stronger than Hiruzen, Gai, Kakashi ect.

The Uchiha clan cannot win without a catastrophy which Obito can bring through the kyuubi. Without it they barely win, and I mean BARELY.

No matter how strong individuals are they can fall bro. 3rd Raikage, Hashirama, Tobirama, Izuna(MS), and every other strong ninja thats dead.

Tobi as a kid had one hokage killed, many killed chuunin-jounin, killed konohamaru's mother/father, hiruzen's wife, kushina, and half of the leaf village. Just add itachi and the damage just doubles over.
