Assuming there would have been a coup d'etat,let's change some events:

-Shisui has both eyes and is for the coup d'etat
-Itachi is for the coup d'etat
-Itachi asks Tobi instead to destroy Konoha and Tobi accepts
-all the uchihas join the revolution(except kids and the old people)


On the other side we have:

-anbu ninjas
-jonins
-chunins
-genins(but they'll be in the way)
-a hiruzen not in his prime anymore
-danzo
-all the other clans in the Konoha

The sannins are out of the village and won't help.


Can the Uchiha's revolution win in these circumstances?

I genuinely don't think they can contend. Factor in Kakashi, 8 Gates Guy, Ibuki, Jonin, Danzo (who would actually fight Uchiha) Chouza, the Aburame, ANBU, Root and Inuzuka and Hiruzen...all with Shikaku leading them? No chance.

Your conditions with Obito and a filler Shisui though? Yeah, probably. But that ain't realistic.​

Ino-Shika-Cho are adults by the time the 9 tails invades. Kakashi was Jonin Elite since he was a teen and the others are all old enough to be threats.

...This is true. Obito largely used the Kyuubi because he knew it'd criminalise the Uchiha Clan. Consider me impressed...the Uchiha would've absolutely wrecked in a real life scenario- even with all the Konoha big guns.

Hiruzen can't use Reaper Seal from a distance like Minato can but I can imagine him taking the initiative and burying himself with the fox. Still might not be enough though.
