The Chakra and genetics granted by the Sharingan he received from Obito are separate from Kakashi's. Kakashi still uses his Chakra in order to use the Sharingan, not the Sharingan's Chakra. Your premise is literally irrelevant when Obito states he possessed the Six Paths Chakra upon transplanting the Rinnegan.

Do eyes have DNA? Yes; if those eyes are transplanted to another person, that very person also gets the DNA. Did Obito's eye transplanted to Kakashi out of sudden lost its genes? Nagato had Yin Release and Yang Release. Not YinYang Release. Noone without Six Paths can truly use Shadow and Light style. Though I admit with having Rinnegan he can maybe conjure something close to it like most ninja clans have only scratched the surface of Shadow or Light style.

Doujutsu is powered by the mental energy of the brain which transforms the eyes, as well as the clans blood/genes which naturally adapt to it.
Only the original owner can fully release its power.

However I believe Pain can capture the kyuubi if thats what you are implying with this thread. He'd judt need to make a bigger one. Kyuubi can most likely blast right through that. Maybe the center seals his power a bit.
