No ; because he opened two portals , used taijutsu against Momoshiki and Kinshiki , Used 2 Amenotejikara , a chidori and used PS .... Sasuke's not that weak .

@Bold: When did he do that? What you posted isn't sasuke using PS and opening a portal. It's sasuke opening a portal to were naruto is (after a certain amount of time), he then finds naruto. Uses Amenotejikara then afterwards uses PS (Which is a EMS tech so that don't count). So again when did he do it?
