I doubt opening the portal for one is different then 8 as long as they all go thru at the same time, also no-one know if the dropped straight from the portal into the battle,considering the two ninja weapons team guys didn't, plus most of that battle was taijutsu....

That wasn't straight away though was it. He opened the portal scene changed. Can't tell how much time went by but he must have got it back. He says so himself in the manga that his powers are back meaning there's a recharge time. #Mangafacts

When Sasuke's Rinnegan is recharging , it loses tomoe (For example it has 3 tomoe at recharge time) .... But after opening the Portal , his Rinnegan was shown with 6 tomoe ... Which means it doesn't need recharge after opening a portal .

Well, FTG actually can. Hell, Minato moved the entire Kyuubi from the center of Konoha to its outskirts, but yeah, Sasuke definitely surpasses Tobirama....not sure about Minato himself, in terms of speed, if we take his Kyuubi chakra into consideration.
