Its probably easier teleporting yourself then others. I wouldnt say it was nerfed though. Its clear both were characters were nerfed. To me they made the kages stronger than usual lol.

Lmao this is going nowhere. I'll keep it simple. If they have the same level of senjutsu then why was Naruto able to react to Sasuke and Madara couldn't?
