Could Sasuke have survived Naruto's Rasengan?

We all know this terrible yet hilarious plot device Kishi used to prevent Naruto from landing his Rasengan on Sasuke, but what if Naruto landed a hit on Sasuke with it? Do you think Sasuke could have withstood the Rasengan's power and continue to fight?

Sasuke uses preta path and the Rasengan is gone.

Not to mention he was stabbed through the heart and doesn't have Instant regeneration nor a chakra beast to heal him.

Well Naruto's RSM was also nerfed. He didn't use frog kumite or any other bijuu abilities. :elmo:

You acting like this is EMS sasuke, sasuke ofcourse would use preta path and absorb it, that rock saved naruto if not naruto would have ended up giving sasuke more chakra

It would've knocked him out at most because it wasn't as strong as it would be if he wasn't fatigued... But Sasuke can't handle a Rasengan just like every1 else.
I could through plot out there but I'd be making excuses. He'll never hit Sasuke with it because it's a kill but Sasuke was allowed to hit him with chidori because his body is strong enough to handle it an the chidori is weaker than the Rasengan.. (Which to me is why they wasn't suppose to be clashing. Naruto is/was suppose to go str8 threw the chidori with senjutsu enhanced Rasengan)
