That scan is the exact same situation as with Naruto's example, the only difference is that Chidori was already activated, yet look at the Sasuke's hand position in Madara's, Naruto's and Kaguya's scans if you still don't understand. In both Naruto and Kaguya scans he was attempting to pierce them as in Madara's scan, he already did that and just teleported Madara to his attack.
There's also thing, that Sasuke never teleported anyone to his attack again, because it's unavoidable. He did once with Kaguya for seals, but it wasn't a point blank range like with Madara, so she had a chance to react, so the fight wouldn't end to soon.

It successfully hit juubidara but of course limbo was there to spare him. had sasuke done what he did to naruto in vote2 against juubidara he would've easily reacted and blocked as well, so logically it makes no sense. why would someone use an instanteous move then follow it up with a base speed attack? that's like alive minato tier crap trying to take on JJ level characters. lol
think about it, say minato had ameno and he wanted to tag someone. which would be more effective to you. a) teleport first then reach out your arm to tag them? or b) reach out your arm first then teleport your opponent practically an inch from it?. B is more effective since minato(sasuke) wouldn't have to worry about his own speed leaving a possible brief moment to be countered.
as for the movie stuff, who cares. 1) kishi didn't even directly write the fight scenes, only approved it. 2. it's to make boruto look good. 3. naruto and sasuke were clearly nerfed to begin with.

It's a nice tech, very useful however it's far from perfect.
It will definitely work on low tiers and most def. kill Sakura tier fodders. High tiers though can easily avoid/counter it. Ex. JJ Madz, RSM Naruto, Kaguya, Momo etc.

Yeah he already begin, just like against Naruto and Kaguya and unlike against Madara, when the piercing was already done, all he had to do was to simply teleport Madara to it. If you still can't understand that, I have no business with you.
Besides, that gif is also a stupid example. Ameno isn't OP by itself, but a possibilities of combining it with other jutsu is. That gifs shows Sasuke using Ameno and it did it job, teleported him behind Momo, yet why Sasuke used it with intention of simply stabbing Momo with a kunai? That's the reason that attack failed.

if hes warping to the person, he needs to make use of chidori spear more rather than chidori. chidori spear longer range would increase his chances of landing a hit/bisecting the enemy
What kills me is when they say he doesn't need to swap with an item to use it, which is dumb because were that the case, why did he swap with his sword behind momo? He shouldn't EVER swap with anything if mastery of the tech enables him to swap without it, yet when all the marbles were on the line vs momo, he never demonstrated this perfect ameno I've heard so many ppl speak of.
