Good enough. Prepare yourself, because we're moving on to higher level jutsu. The first S rank is a prime example. You must gather the falling rain into one spot while spinning it at high speed. The vortex will continue to grow, gathering rain as well as wind until the intensity of its spin drags the rainclouds into it as well. This creates a violent storm of swirling water that chases down your target in a shape resembling a tidal wave. By this point, however, the storm is uncontrollable and will tear through the target and anyone nearby including you if you're not careful. Eliminate these cowards.
*designates a few Peins who run into a forest*
Seeing the fleeing pein. I begin to mold my chakra into the rain clouds above. Using shape manipulation I condense the falling rain into one spot while causing the drops to spiral inward gathering into one massive conglomerate, which takes aim at the group of pein as a tidal wave and drowns them on contact leveling trees and other surroundings.
(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .
Here is another powerful technique. First, form a long row of handseals and make a small cut on both ring fingers. Raise your hands to the sky and some of your blood will be sent into the sky as an offering. This gives shape to the rainclouds, transforming them into several dragons. Aside from using their bodies to attack, a single spiral rain spear can be fired from one of them each turn. (its S rank i assume) The dragons still produce rain in this form which can still be used for rain techniques if needed. Call the dragons on them.
*designates a few giant dogs growling fiercely at you*
A mighty technique indeed, I perform a long string of handseals and bite off a small chunk of flesh from my ring fingers drawing blood. I then raise my hands to the sky as I focus chakra into the rain clouds. Using shape manipulation and chakra control I shape the clouds into 4 dragons. Seeing the giant dogs coming at me I send 3 dragons to meet 3 dogs. The last dog is met by a spear of rain which is fired from the last dragon who continues to produce rain for other techniques.
(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.
This technique has no offensive properties but is very useful nonetheless. Form these handseals (demonstrates the seals) and continuously imbue the rain with your chakra which should dye the rain pitch black while maintaining its transparency. In this state, the rain will not reflect light, thus rendering them invisible. Because of this, rain techniques used will also become invisible and give you a great advantage over your enemies. Test it yourself.
Seeing the handseals my sensei just performed I imitate them similarly and imbue the rain above with my own chakra causing it to be stained pitch black and staying transparent. This is incredibly useful for some techniques I have of my own. Invisible rain.
(Kuro Ame no Jutsu) - Dark Rain Technique
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 each turn after 3 turns have passed)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming
