- Same kanjis are used with both S/T jutsus and very fast shunshin . 8 gate Gai had same kanjis around him when he blitzed Madara so maybe that wasnt really a Ameno. PS was enhanced by Bijuu chakra maybe its simply that fast.

- I am pretty sure that using Ameno on something huge as PS requires huge chakra so maybe he didnt have enough to swap places in that clash.
Point is if Sasuke Ameno really had that range than :
1. Sasuke would not have to run in order to swap with Sakura jacket. He barely made it in time.
2. Sasuke would swap Madara instead of failing
3. In databook Ameno would have long range

its not a plot hole. all it means is that warping in ps let alone a bijju enhanced one would increase his range unlike if he warps without it as is the case with all your examples. they are irrelevant because he was not in ps in any of them, using it in ps most likely increases the range in the same manner as it buffs his chidori to standard tbb level. not to mention those times, he wasnt used to his rinnegan especially against madara where it was relatively new. he said he has started to get used to it from vote onwards so increased range could be that improvement.
also he definitely warped, no way can it be shunshin considering it blized naruto completely when he reacted previously
