Sasuke would not be swapping the Rasenshuriken at all. He would swap Naruto, with nothing, in between the two attacks. The same way he swapped Madara and Kaguya with nothing in between himself and Naruto in the past.

Having to explain the same thing more than twice is the most annoying thing in the world.

But it is likely that Sasuke was so confident in his powerful jutsu that he didn't try everything he could have to beat him. It happened all throughout that fight.
