Tsunade power is far beyond the expectations.

She proof to us that she can keep up with edo madara and he couldn't survive her attacks if he wasn't an edo.

However he won because he used the advantages of edo tensei to defeat her.

Yes he knew that he can't die since he will keep reanimated himself over and over .

Tsunade power in databook is 35 and it's highest score in kishimoto databook.

In conclusion !!

-Tsunade can defeat any uchiha above MS level.

-Tsunade might defeat EMS user and it depends on the situation of the fight .

- Tsunade will lose to renningan user and I can't deny that.

That's why I said maybe. A dead on hit in a one on one would still be sure death though, but a side hit is managable. Other than that, any other MS tech Itachi throws at her is instant solo.
