hashi's wife is uzumaki. there kid who is the father or mother of tsunade would be half of two clans. I guess it's possible her other parent could've been full senju but at the sametime it could've just been a normal.
This thread is hilarious, Tsunade loses to every Uchiha there is with a MS
Itachi: even if she keeps healing amaterasu it doesn't extinguish the flames therefore they keep spreading to her whole body and engulf her, or Susanoo totsuka blade GG, or tsukiyomi GG her seal doesn't disrupt her chakra flow fanfic much
Sasuke: the second sasuke evolved his susanoo past the ribcage form she's ruined he just wraps it in amaterasu and she can't hit him and literally gets her head cut off by EMS sasuke
Madara: she would honestly simper in fear from her weakness and inability to fight
Obito: can't touch him GG
Shisui: KA GG if not he's too fast for her anyways
I would go as far to say that any of the above can 75% of the timebeat her without activating their MS powers tbh
