Yes the help from other people. The difference is Naruto getting help from the kyuubi isn't a true representation of Ashura...what is a representation is him seeing the importance of friends and all that. Even without Kurama in the picture he would still reflect Ashura. No even when Naruto became powerful withSM, the whole thing he did with Killer bee was simply to overpower the kyuubi and use it's power for himself. It was alomst at the end of the story that kurama actually wanted to happily hand over his chakra to Naruto.

That's because Itachi put Sasuke through more Psycological and emotional damage than Obito did to Naruto. The two aren't even remotely comparable. Naruto didn't even see his parents die or how they died, he "heard about it".

Naruto went through hardships being the kyuubis jinchuriki. Their paths are based on how they react to those hardships. Difference is Kyuubi holds Naruto back in every aspect while Sharingan propells Sasuke foward. Naruto had no choice but to tame kyuubi to ever gain complete control over his own chakras. He beat Kyuubi and Pain just like Sasuke beat Itachi and Orochimaru. With help and hard work. They are more alike than you think.

An Uchiha child had those most precious to him killed by the person he loved most, and then is mocked by that person for being weak and told the only way to gain strength is through hatred. And if that isn't enough Itach sealed the deal by mind f##king Sasuke with Tsukuyomi. You seriously can't compare an eight year old going through that to 17 year old Naruto getting over the fact Obito killing his parents.

Hatred was Sasuke'a reason for living back in part one, it was his only goal and turning his back on it would be like him denying himself and everyone of his loved ones that died. Also having It achieve coming back to Konoha and repeating the process most certainly didn't help.

I won't go so far as to say that Sasuke had no choice, but I can't really see someone like Sasuke with his past taking any different course than he did.....

Also what other characters of Sasuke's age did we see go through something as bad. The only person I could think of is Gaara and that was only after he hit a wall and could reevaluate himself. Sasuke didn't hit that point till....well till he faced Naruto.

Sasuke lost to Killer B like what 3 times in a short amount of time. Killer B used the fight just to get away and relax. If he was all serious and had no intention of leaving, then Sasuke wouldn't have gotten lucky.

As for Naruto, Kurama was doing everything in its power to take over his body and Naruto had to constantly suppress him.
Basically Kurama was holding Naruto back in part 1, giving Sasuke the edge.

Naruto would have died to Haku, Orochimaru, Neji, and Gaara if not for Kurama. Kurama's chakra was much more of an asset than it was a curse in part one and I can't really think of a single instance during that time where it tried to take Naruto over.

Uh huh So you are saying that the Kyuubi held Naruto back while he was at the academy <_< Naruto tbh would have flopped anyway. When he lost to Sasuke in the academy days that was straight Taijutsu. From there they pretty much only showed kids learning things like shurikenjutsu, substations, and clones. At most Naruto at the academy would have been average as far as jutsu goes.

This thread is nothing but restating facts and truth from the Manga since people have suddenly either forgotten, or have become blind with hate and tried to twist the manga to prove a point that really isn't there :lol

1) Sasuke Left the Village because he had to get stronger and training with his team and fighting with Naruto wasn't enough to +1 his power to the level he would need to beat Itachi.

He didn't have a choice and had no way to know the truth about Itachi at that time. He had no choice or control over the evolution of his eyes just like he had no choice or conclusion over the blindness that would follow and there is ONLY ONE WAY to restore his sight, he just like any other Uchiha who went blind cuz of MS didn't have a choice in any of this.

2) On the other hand Naruto had the choice of either advancing his own strength or using the kyuubi's power to advance his strength. At first it all made sense when he got Sage mode training under the same regimen as Jiraiya which made him equal to Sasuke becoming Hebi under Orochimaru then just like that he decided to give up on that and to tame to Kyuubi and take it's power since begging would leave the window open to for his body to be taken over.

Conclusion is simple. Naruto didn't beat pain, his power wasn't strong enough but on the contrary Sasuke beat Bee because his power was strong enough. Naruto had a choice. Kushina, Mito and all the other Uzumaki Jin's before them were all strong but none of them decided to try to take the Kyuubi's power for their own, begging for power? that is something only Naruto choose to do. Trolls need to stop twisting the ****ing story :lol

u cant deny that base/sm naruto did fought Deva Path and

Naruto was able to defend himself against Deva Path attractive and repulsive attack

Deva Path has 3 tech and naruto had no help against Deva Path attractive and repulsive attack

He only got help from karama to break out from Chibaku Tensei the 3rd tech

and sasuke didnt able beat bee even with help from taka
