Sasuke and Izanagi

After fighting Danzo, Sasuke should have extensive knowledge on Izanagi and how to use it. If he can learn Chibaku tensei in an hour and subdue 9 beasts despite having limited knowledge of the jutsu, what's the justification for him not knowing Izanagi?

But I suppose that would have meant that his VOTE 2 clash with Naruto wouldn't have resulted in a stalemate (leading to negative consequences for Naruto solely) and the universe would be at the whim of Sasuke's law.

Maybe Kurama+Naruto=Sasuke isn't 100% accurate anymore, the revised equation is Kishi+Kurama+Naruto=Sasuke.

Still pretty cool how in spite of all this, Sasuke went undefeated vs the main character throughout the series, in addition to the 5-0 he still retains vs him.

He could have reversed the damage of naruto and his clash leaving just naruto on the ground with an arm missing basically the op is neglecting the fact izanagi takes a large amount of chakara and sasuke used his last in the clash but if he had the chakara for it then naruto would be very vulnerable at that point

Sasuke probably wouldn't have a child had he gone his way nor would he take that child's eye. Another's eye wouldn't even restore your original Mangekyou powers. Madara was shown obviously blind and it's stated Izanagi seals the power of the eye used.

Its quite obvious by the numerous Uchihas that havent used izanagi that its a double edged sword. It seals your eye. This is a manga fact.
