Lets begin.

Raiton or Lightning Style is one of the five basic elements of elemental ninjutsu, utilized through the chakra system to cause lightning to appear, it is able to paralyze/stun, and cause damage to opponents. Since it's a destructive element, it's pretty difficult to control due to its variance in amount of production, as well as the unpredictability of Lightning, thus making precise aiming difficult. The techniques, if not used properly, may easily backfire , and cause collateral damage.
It is strong against Doton, though I'd really like to know why...
However, Fuuton counters Raiton as air insulates any lightning that travels through it, as there's nothing in the air in high enough concentrations to carry or conduct electricity, thus causing it to die down and lose its concentration.
Suiton, is an excellent conductor of electricity, and hence can be used in collaboration with Raiton to cause extra damage. It involves the user of the technique holding a portion of water in their hands, it to conduct electricity through the water, thus damaging the opponent.
Both Raiton and Katon, are both intangible elements, meaning that unless one of the two takes a more physical form, both jutsus would go through each other.
Some Kekkei genkais of the Raiton element include Storm Release, the ability to manipulate clouds to conduct lightning, which uses Raiton and Suiton; Swift Release, the ability to greatly increase one's speed in battle, which uses Raiton and Fuuton; and Dark Release, the ability to absorb most intangible techniques and then use them against the opponent, which uses Raiton and Katon.

So yeah I have no doubts except for the bit of why raiton is so effective against Earth..

Like how it works, combos you would tie it with if applicable, advantages and disadvantages. Give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of each. I wont really give a large explanation on each jutsus because that wont leave much for you to say, sometimes I might not explain them if they're straight forward z.z but after you give your explanation ill comment and fix your errors if you said any. So dont be afraid to give it your all.

In the first technique, the user will have to concentrate on electricity and its unpredictability while kneading chakra so as to make raiton chakra and channel it through the tenketsu while controlling that raiton chakra and release it from their tenketsu in the hand which accumulates to form small lighting bolts.
Advantages: No hand seals, It can be thrown, can be used in combination with suiton release technique, so as to make a deadly combination.
Disadvantages: Very weak attack as it causes only a minor surge of electricity, and can be defended by Wind release technique.
(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

In the next jutsu, its the same thing as last technique, but this time the user must slam their hands on to the ground which creates an electrical surge at a short range distance, and shocks anyone in the way.
Advantages: It helps most when standing on water to get most range, once again no handseals z.z , and I would use it in combination with Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field, which traps the opponent in high viscous fluid and electrocute them.
Disadvantage: Only short range, gets weaker as it spreads out and diffuses onto ground. Minor electric shock.

This one is quite vague, but it seems as though, after forming the previously explained raiton chakra, the user will release it from the tenketsu from the palms, which launches lighting bolts at the opponent. the bolts are made through shape manipulation of lightning..
Advantage: Mid range version of lightning release more in number of bolts, and its harder to dodge than the lightning release technique. Once again, would work well with suiton release technique.
Disadvantages: Minor shocks. Defended with wind techniques easily.

Cannon wise with Lightning? At the top of my head there isn't a counter. There might be one that im missing but I doubt it. Nagashi would negate the chakra yes, but the swamp would still be present. Meaning you could and would still sink in it. Many use water, wind and earth to escape and counter the swamp though.

For your first technique everything seems ok.
Can't really throw them but shoot the bolts out is the correct term. Can be paired with water yeah but can never use two techniques at the same time remember that (they're some exceptions like if u have a parter or clone to help). The technique can be defended from other elements too, not only wind. High ranking earth like B or A rank can protect one against that D rank Lightning technique despite earth's weakness being lightning.

For your second technique correct. But be careful how you use it remember you could possibly shock and damage yourself if you are also standing on the water lol

Third one is ok. Its just more and bigger Lightning bolts than the first lightning technique.

I perform Tiger → Snake → Dog, and then concentrating my raiton chakra, using nature manipulation electric current is released from my hand, and is capable hitting multiple targets.
Advantage: can avoid obstacles, multiple hits on same person or multiple target hits.
Disadvantage: Being c rank, its still weak,
would use suiton techniques before hand , and use this as an extended attack for extra damage.

Onceagain, concentrating raiton chakra, via nature manipulation, I create a wave of electricity from my hands and release it, having the power to destroy a big rock
Advantage: noticeable power, can be perfect for combination with suiton.
Disadvantage: Might risk of shocking oneself when using with water? idk, dont see much disadvantages here..
Almost any suiton attack involving flowing water directed towards opponent can be used before hand and used to increase damage via this technique

Practically, its the channeling of concentrated raiton chakra through tenketsu all over the body outwards resulting in an armour like field, due to the electric field, we also induce magnetic effects (because science lol)
Advantages: Awesome to defend from taijutsu.
Disadvantages: Once again, don't see potential weakness to this, other than being a c rank jutsu.
Might use this technique while using taijutsu to increment damage caused by lightning + taijutsu attack.

Advantages: Very varied and attacks many points on the field
Disadvantges: This is a very randomly attacking technique which requires precise description of it when used, like if you want hit multiple users, we must properly describe so, as to make sense of what is happening in the battle field.

The user channels raiton through their katana/sword/kunai to enhance cutting properties and increase their damage, due to the electromagnetic field created in our palm, the mnetal kunai/sword/katana start levitating and make raiton copies and are controlled to fly towards enemy.
Disadvantage: cant use anything else, so i would probably use this as my third technique in a move to avoid this disadvantage
Advantage: cutting properties etc enhanced and more attack? i guess..

I perform the ram hand seal and focus on my raiton chakra producing and then manipulating it through my hands and raise them up like a lightning rod, only to produce a discharge of electricity to the environment, ending up shocking the target.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

I take out a giant Windmill shuriken, and chennel the raiton chakra into it through my tenketsu from my palms. I then throw at the target whilst connecting it with a cable so when the target is pinned down, I send a numbing shock paralyzing them.

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.

I release my raiton chakra in a purplish lightning form from my hands stretched forward, which damages the target, knocking it off.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

I generate a plasma barrier by concentrating raiton chakra. With the barrier still active, I ram the targets down with the barrier whilst discharging electricity in the direction of the barrier thrust.

( Raiton: Kaminari no Shōgeki Ame ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into the air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.
Note: Lasts only the turn in which its used.

I concentrate my chakra into an orb of lightning and then discharge into a powerful bolt into the air, which when it reaches a certain height, it disintegrates into a rain of bolts which shocks all targets in range.
