My problem with yawch's power is that it should literally make him untouchable. According to his powers, he should have been able to have seen the future where he is fooled by Aziens illusion and hit by Ichigo. It makes the whole fight so underwhelming.

Aizen put him under hypnosis in chapter 513. That's the loop hole Kubo wrote into this. Under hypnosis before he got the almighty, hence Aizen can alter Yhwach's perception of reality.

Kubo isn't doing anything that isn't inside the laws of the Bleach Universe. Either you touch his sword, don't get cut by it, or avoid the hypnosis when he draws it. Aizen might be fused with his sword now, but there is a way around his ability.
