The databook said that only Kaguya has the rinne sharingan eye. I know Madara opened third eye because he absorbed the god tree into his body opening up the god tree's eyes in his forehead.


What does that have to do with accelerating the moon for the tsuki no me project?

I honestly did not read this anywhere in the manga so it's news to me.

Databook isn't reliable when it comes to listing users. Like it listed madara as the sole user of PS...

I think the databook stopped before Sasuke and Kakashi used Susanoo in the manga, that's why they said Madara was the sole user.
But most of us including you rely on the databook for somethings I'm sure.
But my point is really is that it was already morning time and then some point during the day Tobi summoned the moon early in the day (forcing immediate night time) so that he can become the jinchuuriki and cast the mugen tsku no me with the god tree.

Databook stopped "recording" info around chapter 690. That's why asura avatar or bps isn't mentioned, tobi didn't do that at all.
