Rinnegan is similar to MS?

As we all know, each MS has a different ability(except a few). Rinnegan seems to be the same like madara has limbo, sasuke ameno, etc. I wonder whats hagoromo's unique rinne ability?

He can't travel through time. He was saying that he's seen his sons fighting throughout the flow of time (in the sense that his spirit has been alive for years), but yes, every Rinnegan comes with a unique ability.

Madara's Limbo cannot be accessed by Sasuke or vice versa with Sasuke's ameno. Hagoromo is the original Rinnegan user who was born with chakra coming from Kaguya's womb. Since he is the original he probably has all of the Rinnegan techniques. He definitely has Ameno dude because he was the one who gifted the Tomoe Rinnegan to Sasuke. If one presents a gift, how do you assume they don't have it?

Ofc, the rinnegan is awakened from having hagoromo's chakra but that doesn't necessarily mean ameno and limbo are techs hagoromo also has. You can compare this to indra and the uchiha who have MS, does that mean indra has koto and kamui?

We don't know anything about Indra from the manga other than he has a PS. I don't see why not. Indra was the first one who got MS so maybe he is the progenitor of all MS techniques. These sorts of things you can speculate because being the original owner he probably has all known MS techniques. It's something that we don't know about. Coming back to the Hagoromo, how does he not have Ameno dude. He was the one that gifted Sasuke's Rinnegan to him. This means he had Ameno previously in stock.

These sorts of things you can speculate because being the original owner he probably has all known MS techniques. It's something that we don't know about. Coming back to the Hagoromo, how does he not have Ameno dude. He was the one that gifted Sasuke's Rinnegan to him. This means he had Ameno previously in stock.

Hagoromo didn't literally give Sasuke the Rinnegan. He gave him chakra that along with other things allowed him to awaken the Rinnegan. Hagoromo probably didn't know what would happen.

The dude knew it which is why he gave it and it ended up being perfect against 2R JJ Madara who didn't see anything coming. Hagormo and Kabuto giving him the Senju DNA to bring him back from that dimension is what propelled Sasuke to awaken it but it was still a gift from Hagoromo because otherwise he would ave ended up with a standard Dual Rinnegan not a Rinnegan that has Sharingan powers within it as well.

I still wish that kishi could release a one shot for hagoromo or something. Would be entertaining even if there's a bad plot.

He wasn't confident in their victory. They were literally the only thing left that could stop Madara. They had to win. The fact Madara had to switch to EMS to use genjutsu on A is push enough to believe the Rinnegan doesn't have genjutsu itself. As I've said though, Hagoromo didn't have the eye himself nor can you transfer bloodline limits to people, so how would he do it? If we went with your logic then why wouldn't Madara have Amenotejikara? He awakened the Rinnegan with Hagoromo's chakra after all.
