Akiza trains Nadare (Kakashi) in the ways of the Sharingan.

tell me what do u know about ur kg, the sharingan?
Sharingan is a doujutsu, and is given ussualy by birth. There are rare cases where the user gains sharingan later. Not the same goes for Mangekyo Sharingan, which is aquired later, by killing your best friend.
When the sharingan is given, the user has first one tomoe. After, e gains the other, too, eventually gathering a Three Tomoe Sharingan.
The Sharingan allows the user to see the flow of chakra. This way, it's also possible for sharingan users to see if an individul is under a genjutsu.
The second ability of the sharingan is that the user can memorize evry technique, and because of that use it after. Though, this does not count for Kekkei Genkai.
The third ability that the Sharingan grants you, to actually see better - with training (and gaining other tomoe seals), the user can eventually track fast movements, and destenguish genjutsu, etc. It also gives the user a little bit of the ability of predictiction.
So this is all more or less. Although, I could tell you more about MS and EMS, but I'm not in the fase of learning that yet.

correct. now when i had my sharingan activated, there were and are still 2 ways to activate it: pure hatred (in other words ur gonna have to hate me well a lot like u wanna kill me or w/e O_O) or a near-death experience. either way this will hurt a lot. and i must ask one other thing, when im helping u activate ur sharingan, do not retaliate, no matter what. are u ready?

target to go numb from the electrical charge.
And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. shocking you completely/to the maximum that i think a normal ninja can take to aid in activating their sharingan.
Now, nadare, u must use this pain you are feeling to activate the sharingan in your right eye, use the pain to make your chakra flow faster than it usually does to that eye to make the sharingan appear. hopefully, this will be the only thing it takes...ive had harder ones, who have had to take a world more of hurt.

With my eyes closed, I start receiving your punches and kicks. I stand still, trying to ignore the pain, and think on how I've been trained to endure such situations. As I get shocked by the first attack, I clench my teeth, and shake from the electricity. I hold my fists tight. As you second attack makes contact, I flinch, and fall on the ground on my arms. I try to remain concentrated, and not thing of you like an enemy.
But as I pierced through my chest with your spear, my natural instinct prevails, I just explode, and destroy all the Clones, and head for you with great speed. I'm about to deliver at you a punch, when I hear a shallow noise in my head...
"She's doing this for your own good, bunhead......"
...and another voice...
"...whatever happens, do not retaliate..."
...and another...
"...But she hurt you, you idiot. Nobody hurts you and get's out alive..."
"...you shut the f*** up. I will resist this temptation. I will. I WILL!..."
I stop abruptly, a few inches from your face. But I still feel the hatred in me, growing. I feel the hate transforming in chakra. It starts flowing through me fiercely. I think of you what I do, but I release my fist.
But I see some blurred blue points in front of me, like blue fire. I open my eye, and pull down my mask from the face, but just till the mouth, so that only my eye is seen. And what is seen, is a read eye, with one tomoe in more.

alright then for tomoe two, training session one of two, we will be doing the following.
First training session: The student will begin with his/her Sharingan activated. The Sensei will be focused into teaching Sharingan's tracking abilities, by hiding himself/herself in diferent terrains such as at the bottom of the Lake, between trees deep into the forest, underground, in a Rocky Environment and dessert. The student will have to find his/her sensei's location using only his Sharingan, by seeking out chakra signals, heat source, the slightest moves.

Alright, now then I'll hide, and you try to find me using your sharingan to seek out my chakra signals/heat source/slightest moves.
We'll start with the easiest of the three, chakra signals. *poof and disappears* u know what to do lol.

As you disappear, I concentrate, and do a quick scan through the area. I don't see anything, so i start over again. I focus, and slowly scan the area for any chakra signals. At 96 degrees, I see a blue light glowing unevenly. I stretch every muscle behind my eye, focusing more on the mentioned area. My vision sharpens, and I can soon see your chakra flow.
But due to the fact that the Sharingan was transplanted to me, I deactivate it as soon as I find you, because it drains more chakra from me, than from a born Sharingan user.
Therefore I walk to the position of where I saw you emit chakra signals with my sharingan deactivated. And you are, in fact, on the bottom of a lake nearby.
After some time, I pull my mask down again, and show my Sharingan once again. I start scanning the area again, and now with less problems because of being already used to it. But as hard as I try, it's harder for me to find you. I come to the conclusion that you've hidden better this time, so I start wandering through the area, and strain my eyes even more. I stop after seeing seeing a small area with a different color. I see a heat source, but it's very small. I hurry to it, and as I reach it, I recognize it as a toad.
Disappointed, I try over again. I soon find another heat source, now bigger. I get closer, and discover you, hidden good behind a tree.

Oh well. Now for the hardest one, slightest movements. *we move to an area of thick brush* *creates two clones.*
Now, by following my movements, try to figure out where i end up. *me and my clones move around very quickly in the area of brush, and after a few minutes stop.*

My bad.
I prepare for the hardest test yet, and concentrate on you. After you've finished talking, I try to follow your movements - movements of all of you.
As they are created, you are standing in the middle. When you gals actually start moving, I almost lose sight of you, but I focus, and catch on your movements with my sharingan. You move diagonally, straight forward, then suddenly making a change of directions, aswell as your two clones, who try to distract me. I stay concentrated all the time, and with the sharingan keep track of you.
We you finish, and ask the question, I point on the one on the right...
"You are...not Akiza"
Then I think a little bit, and point to the one in the middle...
"And you are not Akiza either, which means you are the one on the left hun."
