The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.In the case of a bow, both the bow and arrows are formed with a max of 4 arrows made alongside the bow.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals. Should the user have a Haku bio, he is able to make one handed seals for some Ice jutsu but can't use fire jutsus while holding the weapon.
Weapons can be thrown but to use another one, the thrown one must be destroyed or released.
Note: Can't channel fire chakra while using elemental weapons

Vegito made a few hand seals and a rain began to fall upon the battle field. Vegito cracked his neck and let the rain set the mood for the battle, the rain began to pile up making puddles and soaking The clothes of Both Vegito and the young Hyuuga girl.

Vegito then made a single hand seal freezing the water in the girls clothes aswell as the water on her skin and the puddles at her feet freezing her in place the rain that was inside the clothes had become solid ice making it impossible to move in them and with her skin frozen it would be hard to move around enough to form hand seals.

Now with the girl frozen vegito taps his foot on the ground 3 times this causes a geyser of wind and ice to come up from below shredding her to pieces.

The second will then create ice shards inside the hole and finally the third will force wind chakra upwards beneath the ice forcing ice come up by sending his wind chakra under the ice forcing it up creating a large barrage of ice shards and wind come up from beneath the enemy tearing them to shreds.

Ara who simply stood in her spot noticed her enemy beginning to make a few set of hand seals, to which she noticed a drip of water on her face. Ara slightly said as she noticed the rain beginning to take form, much to her annoyance. Ara would simply activate her Byakugan and using the moisture surrounding the man, would send her hands over each other in a cross motion. This would be using the same rain water plus her own water to form two large waves to form right to the sides of Vegito. The technique was lethal enough that if he tried to continue his next attack would be crushed by the large waves of water by his side, potentially breaking his bones and maybe even killing him.

She replied in annoyance as she channeled her chakra into her feet, and using this she ran in an arc. The sheer speed was enough to allow her to reach from long range into mid-range under a few seconds without any worries as she used the chakra from the tips of her toes to close the distance. Ara would then grab her spears as she continued to keep at a mid-ranged distance from enemy. She noticed that the distance was a problem and there was only one way to fix this.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
