"Pretty far back, Septentriones are very mysterious, through millennia the shinigami didnt know much about them, that changed when the shinigami king met one.... " he turns back to Scarlet. "The king was looking over his kingdom when he saw something fall from the sky that came from a rift very similar to the one now. when he got to the crash site, he found a woman...with silver hair and purple eyes. her name was Maria, and she told the shinigami king, everything she knew about the septentriones..."

"Maria lived her life with the shinigami, but most of them were fearful of her, but she remained close to the king. years pass, and the king and his wife gave birth to a baby boy, that boy was me!" he chuckles. "but not too long after...about 5 years, my mother died from a disease called the shinigami kiss, and the only one my father, the king had left, was Maria and well....she comforted him...perhaps too well because, she became pregnant..."

Alcor begins to laugh. "oh im sure everyone has their path, but all roads lead one place. " he steps off the dresser. "i dont know if its your ignorance of my race or your faith in your friends, but either way, you are blind to the big picture." he walks to the door. "Meet me at the top of the mountain, if you can beat me, then ill close this rift..."
