Hell no, Naruto had Uzumaki genes which guaranteed him longevity and he has the Sage's body which is very durable to suppress the Bijuu's powers. Obviously the Uchiha weren't made to have that power.

Can the Uchihas befriend the beasts without using fear/oppression by becoming friends and using it's power to it's advantage. They will never be able to run that way.

The Uzumaki's are much better at being Jinchurikis as a clan and Naruto is superior to Sasuke when it comes to methods of using Kurama or any other Bijuu.

Except he was shaping chakra, he never absorbed it in his body like a Jinchuuriki. Sasuke can never use the same amount of energy as Naruto because being a host is a body feat.
