I think it's the opposite, Naruto and Sasuke required the power of 9 bijuu to match Indra and Ashura's fight, while Indra and Ashura combined equal JJ Hagoromo's full power.

In addition, Hagoromo's children are directly related to Kaguya so logically their power would be a lot stronger since they have less blood dilution compared to their descendants.

Indra's Sharingan should be on par if not slightly stronger than VoTE 2 Sasuke's Sharingan while Ashura's RSM should be equal if not slightly stronger than Naruto's RSM.

I hate arguing Sasuke/Naruto vs Indra/Ashura, so this will probably be my only post regarding it. I'll be focusing on the Indra/Sasuke side of the battle.

The way I see it is getting 50% of your Rikudo chakra directly from Hagoromo > the Rikudo chakra you get from being the son of Hagoromo.

Lets look at it like this. Both Indra and Kakashi awakened Perfect Susanoo's while only having MS, because they received a portion of Rikudo Chakra. However Kakashi and Indra's Susanoo is still vastly inferior compared to Sasuke's because Sasuke was gifted a much larger portion of Rikudo chakra and on top of that a Rinne/Sharingan hybrid. Why would Indra still only sport a MS if he had more Rikudo chakra than Sasuke? It doesn't add up. When Sasuke received his 50% boost it was also added on top of the Indra chakra he got from being a descendant, and his own chakra - which resulted in a Rinnegan that is superior to Hagoromo's. The Rikudo chakra that Indra received only allowed him to peak at a MS sharingan.

I don't know where you are getting that Sasuke needed Bijuu's to match the level that Indra was on when he fought Ashura. I believe BPS Sasuke can individually solo both Indra and Ashura. Sure VOTE2 was similar to Indra and Ashura's final match, but that does not mean the power was the same. I think Sasuke and Naruto's match was many times more destructive than Indra's and Ashura's.

Not really, the only difference between Sasuke and Indra is that Sasuke has a Rinnegan, but Indra's Sharingan should be superior to Sasuke's because he inherited 100% of Hagoromo's Yin energy which Sasuke was given.

Before that EMS Sasuke only had a portion of Indra's full power because Uchiha blood is severely diluted which resulted in them not being born with Rikudou chakra like their ancestor.

The fact Indra was able to match RSM proves that he had the same eye power as VoTE 2 Sasuke. In order to unlock Six Path Senjutsu the user either requires Kaguya's chakra or the Juubi's chakra. Ashura's use of BM suggests he was born with some of the Juuubi's chakra which means Indra's Susanoo would have carried the same amount of power as 9 bijuu.

It's only logical because they were conceived when Hagoromo was fused with the Juubi while also being direct blood relatives of Kaguya at the same time, the power they inherited would be as strong if not stronger than their descendants using the power of of 9 bijuu.

No he didn't he just praised Kakashi for contributing to Kaguya's sealing, the only person he was surprised by was Sasuke who happens to be Indra's transmigrant.

And feats =/= intelligence. Naruto has Hagoromo's feats but he doesn't have Sasuke or Itachi's intelligence.

People are forgetting that the children of 6 paths have a literally quarter of Kaguya's natural strength after eating the fruit. Anyone who says Naruto and Sasuke have more Rikudo chakra is tripping. Naruto and Sasuke win against them due to Naruto being about to make 5k clones and Sasuke has the rinnegan.. But hashirama and madara are outclassed once Rikudo chakra is accounted for

no he doesn't, itachi was a genius, tobirama invented high level jutsu that made him a genius, neji surpassed the main branch as a kid that made him genius.

You're mistaking prodigious skill with intelligence, very few ninja have been shown to be geniuses and manga has said they only appear once every decade.

Indra was the first to learn how to use chakra as a weapon, he clearly had the intelligence of a genius. He didn't have anyone to teach him about ninjutsu or sharingan techs like shinobi, he had to learn everything on his own like true geniuses do.
