House puts together three handseals and summons quartz through the whole area (long range). The whole range of the field will appear to you in quartz while lots of giant pillars laid down (covering your eye sight from me) as the smoke dissipates. However, as the smoke dissipates you'll notice that you're encased in a large spiky inside and out quartz dome. The quartz dome will be 3 meters in diameter with you in the center. The quartz underneath you appears to your sight after a rather immense amount of smoke. The dome will have several small hole openings. After I encased you, I run to my right while I create multiple spears of a-ranked Kiyoshi Energy all around the dome of quartz which will fit through the holes, effectively piercing you to your death. The spears are shaped in a way that as they enter their individual holes, they'll apply pressure on the surrounding dome by squeezing through the hole. The dome will electrify you with an s-ranked unfocused lightning and the a-ranked energy spears piercing you. As the energy spikes are created, I bend down and take my weights off and set them on the quartz ground smoothly.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals, and slam their hands on the ground, releasing a barrage of Quartz chakra through out the terrain. The user will be able to create a large source of Quartz on the terrain, where before it appears, the user will be able to manipulate it. This is signaled by a large poof of smoke that appears, similar to regular summonings, before the smoke clears to show the newly found terrain. This technique allows the user to create various terrain based areas composed mainly of Quartz, such as large mountain structures, a complete flat plain composed of Quartz (layering the ground), even things as ancient as a Colosseum. The feature he basically needs for battle such as pillars, gorges, canyons, mountains, simple plains, etc. Initially the user can only change the terrain at most up to mid range, but through extra chakra exchange can exert the terrain manipulation up to long range. The user can also decide to change the appearance of the terrain, by performing two hand seals, and slamming his hands on the ground, the user can re-manipulate the terrain, by changing its design. The user when defeated, when the terrain is destroyed, or when the user wants to, can end the terrain alteration. This terrain allows the user to take advantage of the fight, create Quartz techniques out of the terrain, or aid with preexisting Quartz jutsus already present. Techniques coming out of the ground will likely meet with the Quartz layering, preventing it from being completed. However, this also creates the same drawback for the user as well. A special property of this terrain is Quartz natural ability to release electricity when distorted. Any time the terrain experience a certain amount of stress, or pressure, it will naturally release this unfocused electricity from the spot of distortion, numbing, and inflicting pain to anyone unlucky enough to be in that vicinity. This goes the same for techniques/materials on the surface of the Quartz. This technique is essentially attached to the user, when pieces of the terrain is destroyed, the user can inject their chakra into the damaged area, allowing the crystals to reform, and fix itself due to the chakra consumption (+20 needed), this happens passively.

Description: The universal technique known to all Kiyoshi Clan members that have received training. This technique can activate immediately when the battle begins or whenever the user wishes. The user accesses their chakra, making energy and pure chakra so that they can manipulate it for many uses, even outside of battle (making a cloud of energy to ride on; making a key out of energy to pick a lock). The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.
~Must be at least a Kiyoshi Novice to use.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -10 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only once a turn. Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword (10 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -10 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.
Note:
-Because of the sword's abilities, only a Sannin may hold the sword.
-Because of it's wind affinities, only who mastered wind may use it.
-If user wishes, the wind chakra imbued within the sword can be extended so that it will reach onto 5-6ft.
-Only may Dr. House use this, and who he allows.
-If someone tries to hold it, the sword will start sucking most of his chakra out of him, leaving him with a feeling of drained.

Description: The user places seals on different objects(inanimate). These seals are connected via their kanji symbols. The seals are activated to draw each other close together. The seals can be activated one at time or multiples at once. These seals primarily for weapon users that uses multiple weapons and can't get them back since they are to far away to reach but can be used to draw in almost anything to another seal. The seals are activated with a hand seal. The speed that the weapon comes together is Sannin rank running speed

-Can only place four seals which is the max, no more can be placed until one of the seals is removed.
-The user automatically has a seal on themselves(must have this jutsu posted in the beginning of a match or in the bio) so that leaves three other seals to be used.
-Placing a seal, removing a seal and attraction(bringing them together) counts towards the three moves per turn
- Cannot be used with the projectile clone jutsu

(Fuuinjutsu: Anmoku no jikkō) Sealing Arts: Unspoken Execution

Description: Anmoku no jikkō is a sealing technique created by Uzumaki's who needed a counter to foes with sensing abilities. The seal lays dormant horizontally across the neck, and is activated with the user's chakra being focused into the seal. Kanji for the seal then appears before swiftly emitting a chakra barrier shaped like a sphere that emcompasses short range around the user. This barrier is linked to the seal and has the special ability to erase the chakra signature of the seal's vessel while inside its dimensions. With its signature now erased, this technique acts as an advanced chakra suppressant that hides the user's chakra from all forms of chakra sensing, whether it be directly from the body or from an outside source. Opponent's with sensing will now have to rely on their basic, or in some cases above average, five senses as they continue the battle while in this realm. For example; Inuzuka's would have no problem using their nose, while Uchihas would be unable to see the user's chakra, but still uses the advanced reaction speed that comes with the current level of their eyes. The barrier moves with the seal as its epicenter while only lasting for a limited time.

Fuuinjutsu/Doton: Dōtoku (Sealing Arts/Earth Style: Morality)

Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot.

Fuuinjutsu: Do~ūmu no bodi (Sealing Arts: Body of Doom)

Description:This seal may be passively applied to the users bio, or it can be applied in the form of the Kanji for "Repeat" forming on the user's body in mid battle. When this seal is applied it remains active until the end of the battle. When active, it forms an almost skin tight barrier over the user and any weapons he may holding at the time, the color of such barrier being dependent on the user. This barrier is basically dormant and does absolutely nothing until 2 conditions are met. The first is that the user must be using a taijutsu or kenjutsu technique. The second is that while using the aforementioned type of technique, the user is touching an elemental technique made up of another being's chakra. When these two conditions are met, the barrier will absorb 10 chakra (note that this doesn't meant it takes anything away from its rank or power) from the jutsu it is touching and immediately use that chakra to passively infuse itself with whatever type of chakra that it absorbed. It should be noted that this gives the barrier no inherent power nor defenses, but what it does do is combine the chakra absorbed with the power of the Taijutsu or Kenjutsu move in order to give it an elemental infusion, making it play on equal terms with the whatever element it is touching at the time. This will also allow the users Tai/Ken techniques to interact with an opposing elemental jutsu without the user getting hurt, as again, the raw power of these types of techniques from the user now have the same elemental infusion as a type of coating over them against the technique they would be used against. For example, due to having an elemental coating over it, the user could the D rank Slap technique to slap a D rank fire ball out of the way. And again, the barrier is merely providing protection, the users tai or kenjutsu is providing the power to truly compete. If the barrier absorbs chakra from an opposing technique, it will negate the cost of 10 chakra for that turn due to the chakra absorbed fueling it. To clarify, the barrier itself does no damage and provides no defense. It only coats the users taijutsu and kenjutsu techniques in the same opposing element that the user is touching at the time, allowing the user to interact equally with an element he normally wouldn't be able to using those fields (such as fire) without being hurt. Without a taijutsu or kenjutsu move used with this barrier, the barrier is pretty much useless.

Description: To understand this technique, one must understand that handseals are simply a way to limit the chakra that goes into a technique. Each handseal limits the chakra in a unique way and when chained together to form techniques, they make the users chakra form a certain way to release it. Seals can work in the same way. They may seal certain chakra points in a person's body and seal the total amount of chakra that a person may use at any given time. This seal combines these two aspects into one technique. By having a tattoo of all 12 handseals on the user's body, he may focus chakra into them when using a technique. The seals will passively rearrange themselves along the users body corresponding to the seals and the order of them that are used in the technique. When each seal on the user's body is filled with chakra, it will in turn seal the users chakra pathways to match that of the handseal it represents. Thus, the user can replace the handseals of any technique through these seals. The user may choose 3 fields out of Ninjutsu, Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, Earth, or Fuuinjutsu that he may apply this too. The user can replace the handseals of a technique in each chosen field up to 3 times per battle.
-Is always active and must be posted at the beginning of the battle. User must state the chosen fields in bio or at beginning of the battle and once chosen they can't be changed*

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting thier jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Note: The earrings can activate without the holders awareness but will always cost a move and drain proportional chakra to the technique defended from, preventing the user from molding his chakra at the same time for another technique.
Note: Only works with offensive Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) travelling towards the user.
Note: Blocking [right earring] is the ability through which the earings bring forth a shield of chakra, shy of 50cm from the user, in the path of an incoming technique, just enough to block it from damaging the wearer and Reflection[left earring] is the ability to bring forth a dampening shield of chakra, in the path of an incoming technique, which diverts the attack's path and sends it back towards its origin, albeit weaker by half (B-Rank becomes C-Rank for example).
Note: Each ability can only be used once every 3 turns and can only defend against up to B-Rank. By sacrificing the ability to reuse one of the applications, the user is able to forcefully will the earings to defend from a technique up to S-Rank. However, in this case, that application becomes unusable for the rest of the match and they need conscious control from the user to perform said defense.
Note: Have to be taught how to use the earrings abilities by Smirk(Stussy)
observes his opponent making seals and on the last one he creates a tiny barrier around his hands displacing a finger and causing the jutsu to fail, this would occur so quickly that he wouldn't even realize it till he was slamming his hands on the ground and by then it would be too late. Having molded his Swift chakra, Saki enhances his senses as he makes one hand seal, bursting forwards with outrageous speeds towards the confused House and delivers a straight right handed strike his forehead, the bladed gauntlets (Listed on bio) piercing 2 blades straight into his nugget before he knew what hit him. Shredder would then raise up his boot onto House's face and push back to dislodge the blades from his skull and turn around walking away, the thud of the body hitting behind him as he does so..

Description: In the ever evolving struggle to bridge the gap between Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and ninjutsu, this technique was created. This is only useful when the user is advancing of retreating towards or away from the target when the target attempts to use handseals to form a technique of some sort. When the opponent attempts to use a handseal, the user can create a small barrier around their hands. The barrier can be used only for small things like stopping a finger from lifting, moving a hand slightly out of place, or other things like that. Things that will otherwise cause the handseal to fail and thus the jutsu, giving the user more time to close the distance and deliver a strike or get to safety as the opponent must rebuild the chakra and redo the handseals from the start. This allows the user to advance or retreat due to the fact that he remains moving during all of this. The first catch to this is that if the user attacks the opponent in any way in combination with this the opponent may attack or defend they wish (given proper logic of course), like nothing happened. This is due to the fact that stopping a handseal would only be seen as a nuisance at best as far as an attack or defense situation, and that this, again, is only useful for advancing or retreating from your positions. The second is that, of course, the user must be moving fast for this to be effective in the slightest way. In order to move five meters, the user must be moving at least the speed of a Kage Ranked Tai Master (not specialist). If moving at twice that speed the user can move 10 meters while using this move, and if moving at 3 times this speed the user may move 15 meters, et cetera. Also, if the user is going to attack in combination with this technique (unless interrupted by the opponent) they must do so with either a Tai, Ken, or otherwise an physical body attack. Otherwise they may simply use this technique to advance or retreat as usual. The seal only lasts for the single moment of handseal disruption and vanishes after.

-Can be used in the same time frame or followed up by taijutsu or kenjutsu techniques unless the user is interrupted

-Can't be combined with anything that enhances barriers

Description: The user jump starts their senses with swift chakra to extreme limits, the result of which being a sensation where ordinary movements appear sluggish and dull and hyper speed movements appear as normal ones, though normally if a user's senses surpass their speed of movement they wouldn't be able to take action as their super speed senses outpace ordinary movements but when this technique is used during other swift release jutsu like "shadow less flight" as example it enables them to maneuver at their high speeds for very brief windows. This technique allows a swift user to be capable of tracking movements of shadow-less flight's speed.

- This jutsu doesn't increase the users speed, only senses.
- this jutsu can be used to speed read/ track movements at inhuman levels.

As House passively senses his enemies chakra around his hands as it disturbs him while he was doing his handseals, (I assume it's only good to stop one technique) without hesitation he merely forms another handseal with his earth specialty as his enemy activating his enhanced senses and he formed a giant swamp underneath him before Saki could move anywhere. The swamp will be 15 meter in diameter with you as center and 20 meters deep.

Once I created the swamp, I create an a-ranked energy spiky in and out 5m diameter dome above you (5meters above your head). Upon creation, the dome is violently dropping onto you, forcing you into the swamp and drowning you within it. While creating the energy dome, House drops his weights.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Once I created the swamp, I create an a-ranked energy spiky in and out 5m diameter dome above you (5meters above your head). Upon creation, the dome is violently dropping onto you, forcing you into the swamp and drowning you within it. While creating the energy dome, House drops his weights.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: The universal technique known to all Kiyoshi Clan members that have received training. This technique can activate immediately when the battle begins or whenever the user wishes. The user accesses their chakra, making energy and pure chakra so that they can manipulate it for many uses, even outside of battle (making a cloud of energy to ride on; making a key out of energy to pick a lock). The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

As the swamp forms 5 seals passively move on his body stringing together as Saki molds doton chakra into the swamp below creating a Earth dragon that rises underneath him with him on it's head that he immediatly increases in weight 100 fold, 6 meters upwards and forwards before diving towards House, Saki jumping off just outside the swamps perimeter 8 towards his adversary, as the dragon collides head on to him Saki uses his chakra to activate a seal on the back of his neck that lay dormant, erasing his chakra from sensors up to short range of himself, as he watches with his enhanced swift senses House's movements appearing like slow motion..

Description: Anmoku no jikkō is a sealing technique created by Uzumaki's who needed a counter to foes with sensing abilities. The seal lays dormant horizontally across the neck, and is activated with the user's chakra being focused into the seal. Kanji for the seal then appears before swiftly emitting a chakra barrier shaped like a sphere that emcompasses short range around the user. This barrier is linked to the seal and has the special ability to erase the chakra signature of the seal's vessel while inside its dimensions. With its signature now erased, this technique acts as an advanced chakra suppressant that hides the user's chakra from all forms of chakra sensing, whether it be directly from the body or from an outside source. Opponent's with sensing will now have to rely on their basic, or in some cases above average, five senses as they continue the battle while in this realm. For example; Inuzuka's would have no problem using their nose, while Uchihas would be unable to see the user's chakra, but still uses the advanced reaction speed that comes with the current level of their eyes. The barrier moves with the seal as its epicenter while only lasting for a limited time.

Just as a future headsup, the earth dragon is made short range of you with a long range reach. The depth of the swamp is 20 meters meaning you couldn't have created that dragon underneath you out of my swamp which is tar.



As House sees the creation of the dragon from his swamp, he signs three handseals and slams his hand on the ground. Thus a huge poof of smoke covers the battlefield. The whole swamp would be covered by a huge spiky in and out double layered dome of quartz, 10 meter tall with you trapped in the middle with no solid land to stand on. If you were to continue on with your dragon, quartz is strong to earth and it'll just electrify it with you on it. The dome's edge stops infront of me (hence the swamp was infront of me too) with an opening enough for me to perform the next technique. The dome of quartz also reinforced by several pillars of quartz surrounding it and the battlefield is covered in quartz too.

Once the dome has been formed, House signs one handseal and exhales enormous amounts of fire through the hole into the giant quartz dome. House spews the fire in such a way that it'll create a tsunami out of the tar of the swamp by spewing diagonally a bit, carrying a fire/boiling swamp combo tsunami towards you. Hence an s-ranked fire is entering the dome which is an extremely hot substance, it'll create a piezoelectricity effect as in distortion in the quartz, thus lightning up the whole dome in lightning all around you. While a huge fire/boiling tar is coming from infront, an unfocused s-ranked electricity hits you from all around.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals, and slam their hands on the ground, releasing a barrage of Quartz chakra through out the terrain. The user will be able to create a large source of Quartz on the terrain, where before it appears, the user will be able to manipulate it. This is signaled by a large poof of smoke that appears, similar to regular summonings, before the smoke clears to show the newly found terrain. This technique allows the user to create various terrain based areas composed mainly of Quartz, such as large mountain structures, a complete flat plain composed of Quartz (layering the ground), even things as ancient as a Colosseum. The feature he basically needs for battle such as pillars, gorges, canyons, mountains, simple plains, etc. Initially the user can only change the terrain at most up to mid range, but through extra chakra exchange can exert the terrain manipulation up to long range. The user can also decide to change the appearance of the terrain, by performing two hand seals, and slamming his hands on the ground, the user can re-manipulate the terrain, by changing its design. The user when defeated, when the terrain is destroyed, or when the user wants to, can end the terrain alteration. This terrain allows the user to take advantage of the fight, create Quartz techniques out of the terrain, or aid with preexisting Quartz jutsus already present. Techniques coming out of the ground will likely meet with the Quartz layering, preventing it from being completed. However, this also creates the same drawback for the user as well. A special property of this terrain is Quartz natural ability to release electricity when distorted. Any time the terrain experience a certain amount of stress, or pressure, it will naturally release this unfocused electricity from the spot of distortion, numbing, and inflicting pain to anyone unlucky enough to be in that vicinity. This goes the same for techniques/materials on the surface of the Quartz. This technique is essentially attached to the user, when pieces of the terrain is destroyed, the user can inject their chakra into the damaged area, allowing the crystals to reform, and fix itself due to the chakra consumption (+20 needed), this happens passively.

Description: The user does one handseal and inhales while molding a great amount of chakra into their lungs and expelling a large stream of flames from their mouth. The user has control over the concentration of the technique, being able to produce a narrow jet of flames, highly concentrated or one that will widen along its range. The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.
