Most of what you posted is pretty good. The only part (and this is not to say you are wrong) is Sasuke's Rinnegan.
While true he got Hashi's cells near death, Hashi was no longer the Ashura Transmigrate. Naruto was. So his cells wouldn't awaken his Rinnegan as they did for Madara since they were both still alive and transmigrates at the time.
On that note, however, there was the fact that Hagoromo did mention that Madara's survival did create create a problem in how the transmigration process normally works so therefore it might have been possible for Sauce to get his Rinnegan via Hashi cells.
My best guess is that if Hago hadn't appeared Sauce would have awakened with the double Rinnegan due to Hashi's cell. But got the Rinnesharingan (the more powerful version of the Rinnegan) due to Hago's chakra.
Everything else you stated is pretty damn good to be honest.
