TBB are suppose to incinerate, yet is absorbed. Thats the point of his tech. Jutsus have no effect and get absorbed. Ash Bone is no exception and has never been stated as one

Because ash isn't just a simple energy ball, it atomizes all matter like TSB, there's a reason Naruto didn't use RSM against them, TSB would have worked and the same goes for ash bone.

In addition, she can just shoot it and while he attempts to absorb the tech she shoots more through her portals and boom he's dead.

Yes. Kaguya has no attacks other than "Throw a f***load of chakra at it and hope it dies", which Momokishis rinnehands are a perfect counter too. Kaguya needed the Zetsu army because they did not use ninjutsu, meaning that they could steal Momo's chakra easily.

Rinnegan absorbs ALL jutsus. Its a fact that you keep denying only when it suits you.

He can absorb Ash Killing. This on top of the fact that Kaguya needed help to contend with them. He obviously can defend against it

If I remember correctly, the Zetsu army was supposed to be to keep thieves from taking the chakra fruit she was trying to create.

Momoshiki being one of them. He was also trying to grow his own but failed to do so.

I highly doubt he could absorb something much, much larger than a regular bijuudama. Kaguya could just put him down in the gravity dimension and shoot an ash bone on top of him via her ST portal while he's pin down by the heavy gravity. He isn't absorbing something going right behind him so GG.
