The storm you can use when you reach the right rank in your training:

(Ranton: Tatsumaki) - Storm Tornado
Type:Attack
Rank: S rank
RangeShort-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user creates a tornado of lightning and water water combined to create storm release. This tornado is created from the user putting their hands out infront of them and sending out multiple tendrils of storm beams which spin around forming into a destruction storm tornado bellow. This is a powerful tornado that absorbs the opponents chakra as it hits them to grow in size.
Note: Can absorb up to B rank techniques
Note: Useable twice
Note: No Water and Lightning Release A rank or above following turn.


If you mastered lightning you can use this right away:

(kaminari no Yoroi ) - Black lightning armour
Type: Attack/defence
Rank: S rank
Range: close
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: This armour is very simalar to the 4 raikages lightning armour seen at the kage summit. Darui will wrap his entire body in black lightning by doing this he can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. Though he is not as fast or as strong as the raikage. He was tought the key to doing this by the 4th raikage due to being his right hand man. With the armour active, Darui is almost as fast as the raikage and only 3 tomoe sharingan comes close to being able to track his movements. Due to this armour, lightning attacks up A rank dont effect him, and S ranks only deal half the damage they normally would.However the user is weak against

(Katon: Akurojin-no-hi) - Fire Release: Fire of the God of the Bad Road
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 40 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 80
Description: Using a lighter in their hand, the user channels chakra to it and manipulates the flame as he lights it. Manipulating the fire, the user uses it as either a whip or flamethrower, however in order to maintain it he must keep holding it and fueling it with his chakra costing 10 chakra per turn. The fire itself can also be manipulated like a hose, either becoming focused or spread out but requires the user to hold with both hands as it requires great strength and focus. The lighter is essential to the use of this technique and as such, requires the user to keep holding the lighter otherwise it will cancel the technique.
Note: Requires the use of a lighter
Note: Can only be used 2x per battle/event
Note: Lasts three turns with a one turn cooldown in between
Note: No Fire techniques above A-Rank in the user's next turn.

Performing them is a bit of a waste for me personally. I'd rather analyze and ensure you understand each

Just explain quickly how they work, and maybe a pro and con for each or how you would use it in battle. They are pretty simple but so effective ^_^

I'll also throw in this:

CW - Glamdring
Type: Weapon
Range: Short
Rank: S
Chakra: -5 per turn
Damage:
Description: Glamdring was a sword forged in the days before the first great ninja war. It was forged out of chakra metal that was triple folded to increase it's strength and to hone the blade to make it as sharp as physically possible. When it was forged the steel was constantly being infused with earth chakra similar to method of the
(Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique. In doing this they removed the weight of the steel to unhinder it's movements. The blade being flat and light as possible allowed it to be swung through the air with ease with next to no air resistance. Due to the triple folded steel the sword can only be destroyed by S rank power (Or two A ranks and so on). This sword has two unique propeties:

Sting: The sword draws on 5 chakra per turn to emit chakra short range around itself that can't be seen, when ever a foreign chakra enters this field it will glow a bright blue for all to see. So if the user is hidden in the trees and an enemy is close, the sword will shine in it's sheath to alert the weilder.

Strike: The sword being made of chakra metal being infused with earth element makes it highly adaptable to the weight jutsu. In an instant the user can activate the added weight jutsu increasing the weight of the sword x10 to increase it's destructive damage. Due to this they can cut through attacks of A rank and below due to the sharpness of the blade (within reason). The sudden increase in weight and force behind the strike releases wind currents (without being wind element) around the sword two feet on either side.

Note: Sting ability is constantly active and saps 5 chakra from the user.
Note: Strike can be used 3 times per battle, happens instantly increasing the weight of the whole sword. Counts a move per turn, and must wait two turns to use again.

Based on my research, by creating flowing beams of energy like Laser Circus, you direct those beams to spin around like a whirlpool/tornado that you then direct towards your target. As it travels, should it cross paths with a B-Rank technique, it will absorb it. Now I assume this takes into account the KG's strength and weaknesses so the B-Rank pertains to just Fire and Earth or is it the same against the basic Five (separately ofc)?

The second one is like a cherry on top to even being able to hold a storm bio. Darui is a good canon choice and I felt it appropriate considering I am in Kumo (lol). What surprises me and just fills me to the gills with delight is the fact you can make Black Lightning customs. I am a bit hesitant though because I don't know how it would differ from lightning nor if it would conflict with existing lightning customs. Nonetheless, this one is powerful both for its speed (which is like amazing) and destructive power. The part that is cut off was funny to me but I can pretty much tell that this makes you weak towards wind, a natural enemy of lightning correct? The fact that it can only be used once makes it that much special and should be used wisely especially during long drawn out battles/events.

Basically this armor works on the same principle as the Raikage's lightning armor. By supercharging electricity to your neural synapses and muscles (I assume) you increase your reflexes and power. This one, while a Rank higher than the raikage's armor, is still lower in its capabilites when compared to it. Not bad and great job on thinking of it at a time when things were more easily approved.

Edit: Reminds me of Frodo's sword that glows when orcs are near so I got that part. The other part is interesting but considering you are adding weight to it, won't it hurt you especially if its instant? But this one would be nice to throw at the enemy after using the weight technique. Quite a nice sword to have on hand.

Black lightning is just a colour thing, not really being anything different in the rp. But you can create different jutsu due to this. I advise looking into what Darui/Black Adam did with it
