Is this really debatable ? Sasuke is Indra's transmigrant and has Hagoromo's skill.Just because Itachi can do something, doesnt mean Sasuke can also do it.

That's a bad assumption.He probably just did a 360.

Does the same thing here with Amaterasu. Anyway I stand by what I said going by the fact that he got them all through a gaze. Imo
Not sure why. A bad assumption would be to speculate that Sasuke casted a Genjutsu on someone without eye contact when it implied there was eye contact. That's a bad assumption.
How could Sasuke catch all 9 bijuu at once with just eye contact. The sage said Sasuke gazed upon the bijuu can they were caught. There was always methods with the sharingan to put people under gem jutsu without eye contact. He probably just did a 360.

It's Itachi's eyes after all, there's no limitations for such blessed eyesItachi was able to use the opponent's 5 senses to cast genjutsu I see no reason why Sasuke couldn't do the same. Sharingan doesn't have 360 degree vision so he must have used the bijuus senses to be able to use it on them simultaneously.
I feel like it would have shown him spinning if it was to be implied that he spun. "A single glance" can imply many things, including a single glance in a single direction which had an affect on multiple other targets. Not sure why. A bad assumption would be to speculate that Sasuke casted a Genjutsu on someone without eye contact when it implied there was eye contact.
I don't think you understood me. The point was the Rinnegan genjutsu he used probably doesn't operate the same as normal genjutsu. All the Bijuus had the Tomoe Rinnegan reflected on their eyes.

Like Manda.

Communicating and cooperating with the person who has you under complete control is not the same thing as attacking the person trying to control you and asking the person your controller is trying to kill for help. There are clear differences with what you're saying and Rinnegan genjutsu example.Kurama was able to communicate with Madara in their fight against Hashirama but all his feats were done under Madara's control. Sharingan genjutsu is basically the Uchiha version of Animal Path but instead of chakra rods they use their Sharingan to control the beasts.
Madara could make Kurama use bijuudama at will similar to how Obito did when controlling the 6 bijuu with Outer Path, Sharingan genjutsu and chakra rods are similar in the sense they can both grant the users control over the bijuu's will.
There isn't any method of the Sharingan usage to where someone can cast Genjutsu without eye-contact. Unless you're referring to Itachi's Genjutsu mastery to where he learned to place strong Genjutsu with just simple bodily actions. How could Sasuke catch all 9 bijuu at once with just eye contact. The sage said Sasuke gazed upon the bijuu can they were caught. There was always methods with the sharingan to put people under gem jutsu without eye contact.
Agreed. That's my problem with the Genjutsu, Kishimoto left too much out. It's implied that Sasuke glanced at them, but we all know that Genjutsu via Dojutsu usually is transferred through Eye Contact.I feel like it would have shown him spinning if it was to be implied that he spun. "A single glance" can imply many things, including a single glance in a single direction which had an affect on multiple other targets.
And even if he did a full 360, that doesn't guarantee every Bijuu looking directly into his eyes at that exact moment for no reason.
But it's impossible to know which is true, and we won't get a hint until *shudders* the anime shows it.
My point still stands. Is this really debatable ? Sasuke is Indra's transmigrant and has Hagoromo's skill.

It's hard to tell from the Manda situation, but it appears that unlike the example I gave of Kurama, who had the Rinnegan relfected in his eyes, yet clearly had his mental state in tact by trying to attack Sasuke and being able clearly ask Naruto for help, Manda seemed to be both physically and mentally sedated until the genjutsu ran off.
In the scan you posted, you see Manda appear with the sharingan reflection, then it disappears in the next panel, signaling the end of the genjutsu. He doesn't speak or show any signs of being in control of his own mental state until the next page, after the genjutsu is already over.

But that could be nothing as well. He may have just not gotten the chance to speak until before then. But given that we know genjutsu normally alters your mental state, it's understandable to believe Manda's mind was temporarily trapped in genjutsu too, as there isn't any reason to believe he even put up a struggle. Which clearly wasn't the case for Kurama with the Rinnegan genjutsu

When Madara controlled Kurama with sharingan genjutsu, he had his full cooperation. When Sasuke used his Rinnegan genjutsu, Kurama was physically suppressed but mentally uncooperative, which isn't normal for most other genjutsu we've seen that usually leaves the victim unaware of what's going on while in the genjutsu. That is all I'm saying
Well there were a few instances of Hebi and Taka Sasuke using Genjutsu without eye contact (or in situations in which eye contact should have been impossible).Agreed. That's my problem with the Genjutsu, Kishimoto left too much out. It's implied that Sasuke glanced at them, but we all know that Genjutsu via Dojutsu usually is transferred through Eye Contact.
I won't believe anything the anime does after these fillers. Hagoromo with the Sharingan :lol
Chidori too :lol !!!
Are you referring to the moment when Sasuke casted a Genjutsu on his Summoning? Anyway I'd like to see the situations, it might give us the answer we need.Well there were a few instances of Hebi and Taka Sasuke using Genjutsu without eye contact (or in situations in which eye contact should have been impossible).

I posted in a thread about these once. I had like 3-4 examples, but this (and maybe the Susano'o-ish genjutsu against Cee at the Kage Summit) is the only one I can remember or bother looking for.
Pretty much every genjutsu against Deidara is super sketch, because he's either like 500 lightyears away, or the only shown eye contact was so long ago that it's impossible to link the two definitively.
It's just plot. Kishi skipped making the eye contact realistic or believable, but it's still a regular Sharingan Genjutsu, just with more power.
?? The entire thing lasted a few seconds. He literally suppressed them then put them in CT almost right after, we didn't even get to see the other bijuu, just a few scans showing Kurama still struggling from start to finish. We don't even know if the other bijuu were completely controlled or struggling tooThe Kyuubi resisting for a few seconds just geos to show he wasn't completely caught under Sasuke's control right away like the other Bijuu. It's that simple.
No he didn't.He specifically appeared infront of C to make eye contact with him.

Fun Fact, he made eye contact with the Raikage yet didn't cast Genjutsu for some unexplained reason.

The battle could have ended there without him receiving any damage and only having used the Mangekyo for ribcage Susano'o briefly to counter Liger Bomb.

Oh, good point. All this time i thought he used Jugo's blast as a distraction, quickly appeared infront of him, casted Genjutsu, then quickly moved on.No he didn't.

That was genjutsu too. Cee was very clearly alone, and Sasuke was very clearly not in front of him.

Kishi makes a lot of artistic choices that could be taken literally and still make some sense, but that he probably didn't intend to be taken literally.Oh, good point.
