How to fight depression? Simple, be optimistic,(no joke) that's how I live my life, It makes no sense stressing yourself over something it only hurts you in the long, instead you could be positive about it, be thankful that you're still alive at least, as long as you're alive you can do something, you can better yourself and make that change, it's only too late when you're six feet under chinatown.

Stop being depressed and become the depression itself
Tyrone!
Sorry, I'm too lazy to watch a ~9mins video right now. But this topic is indeed interesting.
Depression is a disease that can't really be treated with medicine. Time, as well as love and devotion from friends and family are much more important than that. Depression is like a deep wound that needs a long time to heal. The wound caused by depression eventually turns into a scar that will never vanish, but when a person managed to gain the upper hand against the depression, it won't "bleed" or "hurt" anymore. The amount of time that it takes is depending on the affected person itself and the cause/root of the depression. Help from the "outside" is absolutely important, not only from friends but also from doctors and (a) therapist/s. At the same time, the person who is dealing with depression has to fight from the "inside" too. Take your time. Try to distract yourself from dark thoughts and search for things that make you happy. Even if something only makes you smirk for a second. That's a first step.
It won't be easy, but it's absolutely worth it.
I dont know if you were affected by it, but I slightly have and its horrible there, and Im out of it now, and whatever you said is on point, so respect to you <3
And if you have come out of depression, all the more respect to ya![]()

I'm kinda divided on that guy. Some things I like some I find dumb. Basically my stance on the whole of reaction type videos.
