Ehhh..interesting question but can it even be theoretically possible? I mean this can be compared to saying someone is dead but yet the Kidney/Heart is still working right?
Nevertheless, breathing should be impossible since atoms should technically be frozen in place but that can be countered by moving right?
This brings more theories though.
Surely one shouldn't be able to see anything either since light will be frozen in place right? We can only see because of photons hitting our eyes. Although this can also be countered by moving also yes?
Interesting.
But if one moves in this scenario and time should resume at any point said person should be displaced from the current time and place right? I mean if you move when time is frozen, Distance, Speed, Velocity will perhaps become disrupted due to times involvement in ascertaining their figures. Moving could basically mean you start moving at the speed of light + current speed (even though it'll seem you're stuck in place because displacement will also be affected due to absence of time) and thus when time resumes, you could find yourself in the future.
So many scenarios...omg. My brain is in a happy place right now lol
