Some event triggers the stop of time, the universe itself is put to sleep and yet for some reason is your time still running. Are you able to breathe now considering the circumstances?

a simple and random question. :sigar:. And yes i'm aware that understanding the creation of such event is impossible and beyond comprehension. So simply go for the main question.

You should be able to breathe as time was just invented to justify the movement of particles.

If you can still impact the world around you, you can still breathe.

Yeah I'll still live on. Would kinda creepy but oh well

If you're talking about literal breathing, then yeah for a certain amount of time

yes it is creepy, but time measures speed. Change from point A to B. To breathe you need oxygen which is also of speed, how will there be photosynthesis without speed? Photons needs to move in order to produce this atmosphere.

You wont last a second. As i said....it was a simple question :elmo:

Your time meaning everything the progress your existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole will happen as if nothing changed. You'd be able to move things why? Because your existence occupies others. This means you'd be pulling in un-moving oxygen into your lungs.

Good thought, that was my second reasoning actually. Now as no photosynthesis is in the making, we know there is limited oxygen.

Enough for many years that surpass the human life time.

Even then, I'd simply walk around since the sunlight is still there, and everything is still moving as long as am alive...U.U

Who said anything around you is moving?, you cant absorb photons if they dont hit your skin.

Or can the body actually absorb non-moving radiation?

Ehhh..interesting question but can it even be theoretically possible? I mean this can be compared to saying someone is dead but yet the Kidney/Heart is still working right?

Nevertheless, breathing should be impossible since atoms should technically be frozen in place but that can be countered by moving right?

This brings more theories though.
Surely one shouldn't be able to see anything either since light will be frozen in place right? We can only see because of photons hitting our eyes. Although this can also be countered by moving also yes?

Interesting.
But if one moves in this scenario and time should resume at any point said person should be displaced from the current time and place right? I mean if you move when time is frozen, Distance, Speed, Velocity will perhaps become disrupted due to times involvement in ascertaining their figures. Moving could basically mean you start moving at the speed of light + current speed (even though it'll seem you're stuck in place because displacement will also be affected due to absence of time) and thus when time resumes, you could find yourself in the future.

So many scenarios...omg. My brain is in a happy place right now lol

Much is left to be understood about how time works and what it really is...
