He can if he had another arm. But its difficult to do. Naruto got 20yrs of training in a few weeks with shadowclone. Sasuke is a prodigy but it still wont be easy for him to do. He would have to work for Narutos fluidity with Rasenshuriken

Well it was Naruto's first time seeing Boruto use the technique, so what do you expect? He was taken by surprise and before Naruto could deduce anything Sasuke had already explained its working.

Sasuke can make a Rasengan otherwise he would be not be helping Boruto out. He leads by example. He brought Boruto on the mission because it was his father's life on the line and his son had something to apologize to his dad for. You don't think Sasuke could have easily copied it and completed the mission by himself. It isn't a KKG, whether it be the manga or the movie Sasuke will always be nerfed.

Well I never saw Sasuke use the rasengan, so keep fanfics to yourself. He just wanted to see Boruto's potential as Boruto was Naruto's son.

Do you know how difficult merging chakra is ? He used a level of chakra control on the Sage's level, anything below that isn't difficult for him to learn. And again his eyes allow him to learn any jutsu stop trying to deny manga facts.

What he says is correct tho. Sasuke could just copy things and use instantly but he cant copy things of high level instantly. He learns with ease yes but if boruto masters and evolves that move it may become something even more unique to him not only recquiring his innate abilities but also a high level of skill only he is familiar with.

Thats the case with Naruto as well with his Rasenshuriken and all its variants. Its not easy to do no matter what these jokers say

Kakashi developed lightning blade because he could copy rasengan but couldn't change the shape and chakra nature into it. Even Minato couldn't do it. So he could copy rasengan but not the element and shape manipulation of it. Also it would take years, naruto shadow clone and chakra reserves allowed him to master it quickly. No one else could do that

Can't copy things of high level yet He mastered Susanoo ISO from hearing about it, multiple rinnegan techniques from seeing them, and redid reverse curse seal from the time he saw it when he was twelve.

Seriously when has Sasuke shown any difficulty in that area when he tried?

2T Sasuke copied Lee's moves within a period of a month and Lee admitted how such a guy could copy his moves in such a short period of time given that he had to take a long time to master it. If Lee's Tai moves were hard for Lee to master but Sasuke does it in a quick period of time there should be no excuse as to how Sasuke cannot copy FRS.

Rinnegan Sasuke can easily copy that shit and hell he already did when he had to use Enton around the FRS to match Naruto's shape manipulation.
