So he asked Boruto, you know how hard it is to master the technique? He wasn't even surprised that he threw it cuz he had already deduced it. Naruto just asked when he learnt the rasengan? He never asked how it disappeared and all.

No bro. There is a limit that Sasuke has to physically break through with training. THAT is how it always was. No it wont be easy and when he masters it he wont be able to throw it either.

He will never be as good wih Rasengan as Naruto.

He can't use RS on Naruto's level but that doesn't mean he can't use RS. With Hagoromo's chakra he's less restricted than SM Naruto.

2T Sasuke copied Lee's moves within a period of a month and Lee admitted how such a guy could copy his moves in such a short period of time given that he had to take a long time to master it. If Lee's Tai moves were hard for Lee to master but Sasuke does it in a quick period of time there should be no excuse as to how Sasuke cannot copy FRS.

Rinnegan Sasuke can easily copy that shit and hell he already did when he had to use Enton around the FRS to match Naruto's shape manipulation.

If Sasuke never found it difficult to copy Lee's Tai moves in an instant then he won't have a hard time copying FRS. His Rinnegan already grants him to use any ninjutsu besides KKG so I don't know why this is being argued at all.

Also during his fight with Itachi(itachi was holding back a lot by the way) he needed quick summoning bracelet to match itachi's shuriken throwing speed and even then itachi could create a clone and hide it without sasuke noticing.

It takes nothing to record moves. Its another mastering them.

Sasuke can learn Rasenshuriken. But with one arm it will be difficult on top of being an S-Rank jutsu of the highest rotation and weight of chakra. He wont even to barely hold it up or maintain it, let alone throw it. And he will never be as good as Naruto with it.

Lol you should've used better wording because it looked like you said he couldn't learn it at all. Imo he can use RS but it won't have the same level of power because he can't release the same amount of chakra as Naruto. But he should still be able to throw it or apply Enton instead of Fuuton.

Besides my point was in response to Animus about sasuke finding difficulty with something he put his mind to. He put his mind to mastering shurikenjutsu on itachi's level but he couldn't reach that level.

And no he isn't on rikudo level, there is a difference between performing a technique that hogoromo did at the same level as hogoromo and being as skilled as hogoromo in general. If you can't show me scans that sasuke matched every feat of hogoromo then your supposition holds no water
