The fact that you call the Bold filler, means your post holds no weight. As for the rest, No, her other feats can't easily be applied to other Hyuga females, unless it's given/forcefully handed out via plot. I have yet to see anyone from the Hyuga that has the exact same features as Hinata.

The Last wasn't written by Kishi, nor drawed by him. It is just as canon as the novels. No matter what NaruHina pairingtards think, that movie isn't canon.
