Tsunade needs more feats with raiton but its super likely she can create a charge of lightning heavy enough to dud bombs.

Byakugo is a possibility seeing as how c3 operates at a cellular level which Byakugo heals on.

That's true, they would have to notice it in their system. Katsuya would be useful for that as well.

As for byakugou it is in range of the jutsu's effectiveness, but only concern is it's eating everything head and all out. It's debatable. I think Tsunade can use raiton properly, she can do A rank tech with it and of she sent an electric charge through her own body I can't see why it wouldnt work.

But we'll never know I guess. If kishi wanted to know where to milk some more money, give us some vs matchups of random shinobi that we know and love but never got to or would never have fought in the series just cuz

Tsunade's evasion feats were already reflected through Sakura who was evading Sasori's Satetsu and she has a 5 in Taijutsu which should already reflect it. The only reason we haven't seen that many evasion feats was because she fought an opponent while her combat senses were rusty and against Madara who was a God of Shinobi in his era along with Hashirama.

Not necessarily fair to claim that her evasive capabilities aren't impressive given the circumstances we've seen her in.

and kakuzu is not weak to rai'ton in any case.
he has five/four elements
he simply used an earth jutsu that was beaten by a rai'ton, not that domu would even come into play ITT

Kakuzu is not needed, Deidara flies on his clay bird and first immobilizes them with Suicide Bombing Clones and while Tsunade and Sakura are regenerating he blows them to smithereens. Try regenerating from that.
Deidara is the worst possible match for them as both Tsunade and Sakura have no ranged attacks except Katsuyu's acid attack which Deidara could easily avoid.

Anyways, as I said her being rusty means nothing when even in her fight (with 4 other Kage exponentially stronger than herself) with Madara she showed nothing of the like in speed and evasion, which I don't really know why it was brought up exactly here but that means that she would have a tough time evading Kakuzu's arsenal on her own, not to mention Deidara's.

Possibly :lol he couldn't heal the Kage, but he probably could have done some damage to the clones and the attacks Tsunade tanked his domu should suffice as well, keep in mind that was a half asleep Madara, and honestly Kakuzu probably has more intel on Madara than most seeing as he fought against him a few times as his village conflicted with his and Hashi's, unless Madara was gone by then I suppose, don't really recall the backstory.

I cringed when he called the other 4 kage exponentially stronger. I won't even go into detail as to why that's bs. Lets just remember who could have walked away from that battle if they didn't care and who needed help.
