Sakura tanks an explosion head first in base, Tsunade tanked traveling at the speed of light in base, and only had a few flesh wounds,
Their attacks are useless against regen users, and Tsunade and Sakura pretty much speed blitz them.
Sakura damaged Kaguya, she is harming Kakuzu

Diedera is nothing close combat

And he needs prep to use dragon and what not.

Tsunade and Sakura alone is too much for them, together its a stomp
