Sauce being able to destroy a clan doesn't mean he has a better clan. A good clan is a nice stable clan that can produce powerful ninja without having to use power to stop them. Uchiha's were never a good clan to begin with. Cause there people could never control there emotions. Unlike the Uchiha the Hyuuga got a proper leader who knows how to discipline his people. That is why Hyuuga >>> Uchiha anyday.

Better clan got killed by its own members. Basically the Uchiha self destructed unlike the Hyuuga. Hyuuga are overall a better clan cause they are more disciplined.

That was because of Hashirama. Hashirama was almost God Tier, because he was Ashura. But before then, the Uchiha and the Senju were equals in battle, which is why both clans gained the most recognition. That is why no one could compete with them.
