Can a fully realized Hyuga defeat an adequate Uchiha?

When I say fully realized I mean a Hyuga on Neji or Hiashi's level who's perfected their clans techniques (not Hinata's daughter). When I say an adequate Uchiha I mean one with 2 or more tomoes who's familiar with using the abilities a sharnigan grants you (not Sarada). So what is your answer to the question of: Can a fully realized Hyuga defeat an adequate Uchiha?

Basically, if we compare Prime Neji and 3T Sasuke, I believe it's safe to assume that 3T Sasuke wins mid to low diff, depending on the hype. That's how I see a fully realized Hyuga and an adequate Uchiha anyway.

well when you say fully realized, we wont know for sure.

why? because all of the byakugan techs were only part 1 and never got developed afterwards.
It only stayed in taijutsu.

we have sharingan, which was never developed further in part 1 but got an extreme "boost" in part 2.
completely decimates in ninjutsus.

So we have taijutsu v ninjutsu and since its part 1 taijutsu only, it is not even comparable to part 2.

but you cut that by saying 3T sharingan, in which case byakugan users will shit on.

so byakugan > 3T sharingan, anything beyond that it low diffs byakugan.

why? youre basically saying part 1 techs v part 2 techs. and sharingan was not the main focus in part 1 and byakugan was mainly due to Naruto and Neji's rivalry
