With full intel neji uses shunshin to blitz into the tree's , having intel on Kirikiri Mai neji would keep her in sight while keepin enough distance as to keep his location hidden usin his 3.5 speed and chakra to vitalize his feet , completely opposite from wat tayuya attempted.

In this scenario and location temari's best bet would be to blow the forest away with Kirikiri Mai in which case neji has 3 advantages.
1) She doesn't know his location.
2)All neji has to do is survive it then kill temari after.
3)His speed , reflexes byakugan aattack sensing gives him the ability and awareness to survive
Kirikiri Mai with skillful execution of kaiten.

If temari decides to toss Kirikiri Mai into neji's direction then the byakugan would not only see the weasel but sense its attacks comin unlike tayuya and with intel he simply times his kaiten the moment he senses it , this not only ends the weasel but also protects neji from any random trees near him.

After Kirikiri Mai is done neji wins this neg diff imo.

Bruh how does he survive it tho lol rotation is not blocking that I read the manga but I will say the jutsu looks downplayed as **** compared to the anime if she does release her summoning and neji is in range he is not surviving that unscathed

Neji wins mid difficulty. A forest and full intel gives him advantages. I used to think otherwise because of Kidomaru's performance but he has some third eye power to see through all the trees. On the other hand, even Tayuya managed to evade Temari's dai kamaitachi and escape both Shikamaru and Temari's LoS so Neji does both easier and always keeps track of Temari while using trees as cover much like Shikamaru. KKM is dangerous but with full intel, Neji will see it being prepped and will use rotation before it gets too close to blitz him. Due to Temari having to spread out KKM because she can't focus it on a particular location, it won't be strong enough to breach rotation.

On the other hand, Temari has no way of keeping Neji at bay due to his speed/reactions and ability to conceal himself while keeping track of everything Temari does.

I fixed the bold for u. He doesn't need to hold kaiten , the weasel and/or its weapons gets deflected on impact like a blade to a fan. The trees near neji would've already been deflected by a still spinning rotation.

So I think that if Sasuke can dodge a super sonic boom (which is basically the speed of sound) and Neji has equal speed, then Neji should be able to move faster than sound, considering that Supersonic Speed is a speed that exceeds the speed of sound.

I'd say the timing range from 3 to 5 seconds based of shikamarus reaction , a fatally injured and chakra drained neji was able to cross 70+m in under 1.3 while shika was able to cross 15/20m in an instant.

Okay so she would be able to counter Neji's attacks once he is close? Answer me that.

Considering that in those scans she easily exceeded the speed of sound by reacting to it at the last second, and Neji exceeds the speed of sound, I think that Temari might not be able to react or might just barely be able to react Neji. If Neji is moving in to attack her, thats leaves a huge gap in his defensive abilities because he won't be able to use Kaiten while moving. So if he gets caught by Temari's forest destroying attack, it's over for him.

1. Lol, "super sonic boom" it's a wind blast, yo.
2. If it was super sonic like Sasori's Iron Sand, you would see the attack break the sound barrier and bold:it wouldn't be basically the speed of sound, it would be faster than the speed of sound. Hence the sonic boom.
