It's the middle of the night in the old forest on the far reaches of the Land of fire. All is white with the occasional hoot of an own and the light breeze blowing the leaves on the bushes. A figure passes through the trees silently as it approaches his target. The ancient temple. After traveling for an hour he arrives at his destination stopping on a branch in the trees looking around and listening for any and all who may be near. All was clear. The dark figure in a black cloak dropped down into the bushes silently, dashing across the pave stones across the courtyard and hides behind one of the large pillars of the temple.

As he goes to make his way inside the moonlight reflects of something that catches his attention, a gleam of light relects off the steel wire near the ground of the entryway. It was a trap. It seems this wouldn't be as easy as he thought to get what he came for. He pulls out a kunai and lets the moonlight hit it so it reflects the light off and into the room, in doing so he can see the reflection of the light over all the wires and how they are laid out. Using his ninja training he memorizes this and easily passes through but now more alert than ever.

Coming to a stop in the next room he sees it, perched on top of a mini shrine, was the scroll he had come for. One that explained the full history of the tailed beasts and how to control or stop them. He needed this for his village if they were to have any hope against the growing threat that was the Akatsuki. Wasting no time the man over and grabbed the Scroll, but in his haste he'd failed to see the tiny writing in a square on the platform surrounding the scroll...

Suddenly their was a barrier that erupted up and spread out in a flash of light in all directions shielding himself with his arms the man goes unharmed by the passing light but what could it... an alarm... The man in the cloak dashes out the way he came in a sudden burst of speed eager to get away. Just as he went to re-enter the trees a figure appeared behind him... the alarm had done its job alerting the guard...

Obito having just stolen his second sharingan went forward with his plans, the next step capturing the tailed beasts. Obito donned a new mask with two eye holes and snuck into the temple the guards noticed obito in plain sight and obito quickly dispatched of them with his sharingan genjutsu. He then heard an alarm go off. It seemed someone had beaten obito to the punch. Obito went back the way he came to cut off the person that got to the scroll. Obito He appeared before the man trying to steal the scroll his sharingan shined brightly in the dark of the night. Obito had been searching for that scroll in the man's hands for years in order to capture the tailed beasts for his eye if the moon plan. He would create a world of peace at all costs, this man infront of him was just another obstacle in the way of obitos plan he intended to show no mercy.

The cloaked figure stopped at the sound of the approaching ninja but didn't turn around. The wind picked up blowing his cloak to the side. He listened to the familiar voice behind him, it could be only one ninja that most believed to be dead, but this man was no fool. He'd hidden in the shadows himself for many years, gathering information and finding the deepest secrets the world tried to bury, but it was no use. They couldn't hide anything from him. The hooded man turned around, his hood hanging over his head as the moon cast a shadow over the rest of his face hiding him from site.

So it would seem you've come for the same thing as me, what a shame for you. But now, why would someone who is meant to be dead be after such an ancient relic. Don't bother answering that, i already have a good idea what you and your, should i say "friends" are trying to accomplish. Orochimaru proved useful in the end after all...

As he spoke the man stuffed his scroll in the holder on the lower part of his back under his cloak. It seemed he would have to fight a little after all. Obito seemed to think he was so strong because his eyes could work on the weak guards. If he was truely strong he would have killed him already before he got his hands on the scroll.

Well it seems i'll just have to fight afterall, but i haven't gotten all night... Obito... But you think your eyes will be of any use to me....

As he says this Lucifer passively activates his three tomoe sharingan that glow from under his hood so that even obito could see them in the dark. As he does this he holds out his right hand to his side summoning his weapon to him and points it at Obito.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:

The moon lit the scene happening below, giving an ominous feel to the situation as the tension between the two uchiha grew. Obitos passively active 3tomoe sharingan held alot of his powers but they couldn't fore see that another uchiha had escaped the massacre let alone knew Obitos identity which shocked Obito.

So That traitorous snake knew more then I thought he did. But That name no longer means anything to me, I am no one.

Obito removed his mask no longer needing it to hide his identity the mask made a loud cracking noise as it broke into pieces. Obitos sharingan now looked even mroe menecing along with his face with the scars from the boulder giving him a sinister look.

Obito Quickly slams his hands against the ground causing a block of earth to raise up from Lucifers right that starts firing a torrent of wind and earth needles.

(Doton/Fuuton: Nīdorutaretto)- Earth/Wind Release: Needle Turret

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and raises a 10x10 block of earth from the ground with many small holes in it that shoots countless needles of earth in any direction that are cloaked in wind to greatly increase their speed and piercing ability. As long as the user's hands stay on the ground, the turret can continue to fire. The user can use the same turret again later but it will count as another move.
-Can be created 3 times per battle
-No A-rank or higher wind and earth the turn after use

Obito's body then seems as if its disappearing in flames but this is really just a way fo masking his speed Obito has run around to the left side of Lucifer (still mid range away though) and throws several shuriken with paper bombs attached Obito then finishes by preforming some hand seals making the shuriken multiple into thousands.

(Bodi-en no Jutsu) Ninjutsu: Body Flame Technique

Description:
This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

After I'm done with you I'll take your eyes with me aswell, it would be such a waste to lose them.

Obito kept his composure and analysed Lucifers movements with his sharingan to ensure he wasn't caught off gaurd. But he still felt uneasy about Lucifer, somehow he had escaped the uchiha clan masscre, but how. Obito pushed these thoughts from his mind and focused on getting the scroll, however this would be no easy matter, None of the jutsu Obito used would be enough to kill lucifer or even stop him, these attacks were merely to size him up.

Obitos passively active 3tomoe sharingan held alot of his powers but they couldn't fore see that another uchiha had escaped the massacre let alone knew Obitos identity which shocked Obito.

So That traitorous snake knew more then I thought he did. But That name no longer means anything to me, I am no one.

Obito removed his mask no longer needing it to hide his identity the mask made a loud cracking noise as it broke into pieces. Obitos sharingan now looked even mroe menecing along with his face with the scars from the boulder giving him a sinister look.

Obito Quickly slams his hands against the ground causing a block of earth to raise up from Lucifers right that starts firing a torrent of wind and earth needles.

This would push all the needles away and the slab and push Obito back and his weapons knocking him off his feet pushing him back away from Lucifer as he looked on.

Lucifer, having released his lightning stands ready as always as he sees the kunai thrown as the tornado forms and shoots towards him. With his sharingan he also sees Obito dispersing in fire and he can feel him above Lucifer with his heat sensing as the heat comes down on him from above. Did Obito really think this type of attack would work. Lucifer was going to use his special powers to counter this, but their was no need. He swung his arm with his bisento across his body releasing wind chakra throughout his entire body. As he does this he shoots off to his right to mid range in a sudden burst of wind leaving the wind tornado to tear through the field and cause minor damage to it's creator. Lucifer being in his wind form goes completely unharmed and fully outruns the damage of both attacks with ease. He reforms mid range from Obito looking at the destroyed temple.

I can clearly see how determined you are, but what pointless destruction. Coming at me with such reckless power not thinking about the concequences. You disapoint me Obito. Maybe Madara should have left you under that rock to die just like your friends? Now maybe i should show you some of my little tricks?

As he said this, Lucifer started with 3 handseals, and within this he creates a genjutsu. In this illusion you see him doing a couple of extra handseals performing a summoning jutsu. (In reality, Lucifer made three handseals and from there just stood controlling his illusion) As he performs this illusion Obito would see the summoning of the Juubi but he would tear through the ground from under Obito grabbing him in his giant hands holding him. The preasure and force of the grab knocks the breathe out of obito leaving him distracted. As the beast gabs him, in a voice that growls and rumbles all around him, the Juubi speaks like a demon.

You are not worthy of my power... Now you shall die....

As the beast says this he crushes Obito in his hand completely, much like when Sasuke crushed Danzo, killing him instantly. Though this being just an illusion, it would causes such a mental strain on obito that he would pass out on the spot falling to the ground already hurt from his own attack.

(Suraisu Kaze) - Slicing wind

These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

Note3: User can't perform any technique above S-Rank on the same turn
