people here think he can shot and finish every fight by one shot ! Amatrasu that and gg ?
Itachi is powerful but he is so overrated and sadly some people here this that he can defeat top tier ninja like hashirama or tobi while in reality he can't do that and please itachi fans use logic for once.

2) sasuke uchiha

I don't need to explain why ! He always got helps in fights and after that he received all the credit of others hard work.
his fans though he can defeat madara, hashirama, tobirama and any top ninja.
He's strong indeed but he's so overrated and that should be stopped.

1) minato namazake

He is strong ninja and no doubt about that but he doesn't have final attack that can put him in top10.
He's fast but what is use for speed if you gonna attack with kunai or spam rasengan ?
Minato was overrated before war arc and people thought he defeated madara while that was 13 years old obito.

No he's not overrated and obito is strongest ninja in whole series because it's manga fact and yes he can solo Kaguya only if he has his eyes the 2MS
