Top3 overrated characters in Naruto

What in the hell?

Sasuke deserves his rep his the most powerful ninja alongside naruto

Itachi is med-high kage level. Highest level ninja he can beat is nagato. He has the potential to beat mostly everybody with his sealing jutsu.

Minato is the only one who is overrated. He on ly has bout four jutsus lol. I love minato but I wish he had variety.

Sasuke and Itachi are underrated though.
