madara could have sensed that the reason naruto is different that before is because madara senses all bijuu chakra in naruto now

you need all of the bijuu's chakra to revive the ten-tails, even if i'ts a piece of the bijuu's chakra, it wont make it any less potent.obito knew what bijuu power naruto lacked and gave it to him trying to give naruto the ten-tails power aka rikudo sage mode

the Databook lists the Naruto who healed Gai and smashed Madara into oblivion as being within his RSM, despite him not combining the Bijuu powers within him until he used the cloak. The Databook also explicitly notes that it is a gift from Hagoromo no exceptions.

Naruto was actively given Hagromo's chakra and power directly, he didn't need to merge it with the Tailed Beasts to gain RSM at all as proven. Madara and Obito don't have RSM (only Hagoromo and Naruto have it), they have the Ten Tails Coffin Seal Mode which is gained through the power of the Juubi (which has Natural Energy on its own BTW). Normal NE does not equal Rikudou Senjutsu.

my point is is that if hagoromo wasnt there he still would have gotten rsm through obito
obito gave him the missing bijuu power that he needed even though all naruto needed was kurama
you need all of the bijuu's chakra to revive the juubi even if it's a portion
that's what the bijuu's are the juubi's chakra
