I mean the balance of this movie was just perfect! Believable plot, Story development, Action and the feels,"He's my friend","So was I" 10/10.

My overall favs would include
Dark night rises
First Avengers
Toby's Spider-Man franchise
X-Men: the last stand,Day's of future past & first class
Winter soldier
And all these don't even come close to Civil war.

What Do you think, greatest? and if not which is?

P.S Don't include the Very very old classics

Neither. I've explained my stance on this film on another thread in great detail, but essentially this film is damn near flawless on a technical level. But everything to do with the plot I thought was complete garbage - even worse, it was a giant middle finger to audiences.

Civil War was a very good action/superhero film, but it was not the best story told by Marvel by any means.

The Dark Night and The Dark Knight Rises: soley because of Heath Ledger and Tom Hardy's Bane :coffee:

In Marvel, The Winter Soldier Solos everything followed by The Avangers 1: How Marvel managed to pull out 6 heroes in 1 franchise with each one getting enough screen time and exploration

Watched X men apocalypse yesterday :| it was meh too cluttered screen with action everywhere...
They jump from slow building and talking about the war then jump into the war with no proper catalyst :|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|

The whole DK triology beats CW to a pulp. DoFP is also better.

You could say its the best MCU movie tho.
Dk was a bit anticlimactic for me.jokers plan was damn flawless and batman's ability to not only figure it out but also save everyone was some plot no jutsu for me and kinda ruined it for me, so it's just good.DK2 was epic though

Avengers was nice but for some reason am not crazy about the ending.I liked every second of CW and it also has good screen time distribution imo

If you're a action head then you'll give it 100%.

In my case plot is way more important that's why Winter Soldier > Civil War to me who was a superhero wonderland like Batman V Superman with Antmans, Visions as passers by
Plot wise the only thing is didn't show was the other soldiers that was stronger than Bucky.
My thoughts exactly.Spiderman had me like 'Woooaaaaah' lol
Ikr and Antman had me like dammmnn. Lol

Joker was leading Batman by his nose the whole movie (even at the end) and the only clues he left were left intentionally.

Also, he didn't save everyone. He couldn't save Rachel and he couldn't save Dent. Both being crucial for the movie. He didn't really save anyone important when you think about it.

And it's not DK2, it's DKR. (Since The Dark Knight is the second entry in the triology.)

Iron man thought that to and that's why he said "If anyone on our team is hiding any cool and powerful secret powers..." that made me lol

My response is at like the bottom of the page
Ok I've read it and makes a lot of sense.Am not comic book reader and so I only know bits and pieces about what civil Is about and how it but from what I read, I expected a really dark and consequential movie where extreme lines were going to be crossed.Did I expect Cap's death? not a chance but at least they could have given us something to hit us emotionally you know.Is there some sort of legal reason why Marvel didn't get some of the small scale heroes that are not owned by any major studio and include in the movie to add numbers and deaths to the movie.I mean even base introductions would have sufficed for such as they wouldn't be long term players in the grand scheme of things. And why wasn't the stark using villains aspect brought in?
All in all I think you're have a good point, this movie was way to mellow considering the title and what the original story says. But I think it's awesome if you think of it as a standalone movie but disappointing in the grand scheme of things.
