I'm not discriminating anyone. There are rules and regulations for everything in society that's it. I never said people don't have the freedom to be transgender but not everyone has to agree with it. Not everyone has to accept it and not everyone of the gender originally has to share a restroom with said person.

Who gives a shit if you agree with transsexualism or not? Who cares if you think a person shouldn't have *** reconstruction surgery? I mean, if you do, okay, no one should stop you from feeling that way. And if you want to express it, go ahead, freedom of speech. You don't have to agree or like it, what you have to do is realize that you can't negatively affect their lives based on this outside of your own control and atmosphere. Meaning, you can do things like not befriend them or let them into your house or talk to them or invite them to your parties, but you do not have the right to determine where they can't go in public, a setting you do not own. Saying a transsexual can't use the bathroom of the *** they identify as is discrimination against a transsexual. Again, you don't have to like it, but you can't stop them just because you don't like it either because their presence doesn't affect anyone to the extent that it's justified. No, being uncomfortable isn't an effect to that extent.

Having someone that looks like a man going into the woman's restroom would make the woman feel uncomfortable, and it is unfair that the person that has had great surgical work done can use whatever restroom he wants while the other can't or feels alienated from both. Therefore the best thing would be a third gender nonexclusive restroom.

I actually stated in my first post that if you'd want to use the one you identify with, then you have to have went through the transition. I agree with you on that part. As for the fighting, what is the purpose of dividing the sexes in the first place then? I know you probably won't like the answer.

I've been in restrooms that were large and mixed gender and surprise surprise me and a lady washed hands at a sink together.
