There still isn't sufficient evidence to conclude that J-man > Itachi since J-man has never displayed a jutsu that can counter anything in Itachi's arsenal. J-man can possibly break out of base genjutsu but nothing on the same level as Tsukuyomi or Izanami, as far as we know. Even Kotoamatsukami is out of question since that is way above Tsukuyomi as it does not require direct eye-contact. :eww:
