EDIT: The only Sasuke that can beat Lee is Part 1 Vote Sasuke. Chuunin Finals Sasuke has no chance against Lee, he doesn't even have 3-tomoe. Which he needs to even stand a chance against Lee without weights.

There is only one Original movie - its Street Fighter II - others SF movies like, SF alpha ,etc , i mean its cool but.. this one is Original one- and best Animated. Maybe akuma didnt have mcuh spot like in that movie but he is seen for few sec.

The Reverse Lotus beats you up so bad before the final blow, that it's practically imposible to even move, much less perform a jutsu.

That tie up comes mid way in the Lotus. There's plenty of time before that to perform the hand signs. And performing the Lotus on Sasuke won't be as easy as Gaara anyway.
