Round 1 : They have comparable speed, but Sasuke has the Sharingan and his various jutsus and ninja tools so he should win.
Round 2 : It comes down to whether or not Lee can beat him up before the gates destroy his own body, which I'm not sure he can do since Cs1 Sasuke was laughing off Kn1 Naruto's attacks.

Well, Sasuke has immense speed backed up by Sharingan's tracking ability, so he will probably be able to dodge a FEW of Lee's attacks if he times his movements correctly. And his durability is boosted with CM1 to resist the forceful punches and kicks. Moreover, he can use Chidori as a defensive armor which could potentially be lethal to Lee if he charges at Sasuke. Overall, I think Sasuke wins. Lee will not be able to KO a CM powered Sasuke before his Gates run out especially when he is massively vulnerable to Chidori.

He doesn't need to do it to affirm that he has the ability. And he CAN do it.
